Yeah but they got to hurry up and do something with them because once they start falling apart you have to tear it down
pre covid, one of my dreams was to see some of these old malls be transformed into indoor athletic campuses
I have empty stores in my city being turned into climate controlled storage. An old Kmart here has 500 variously sized units inside

Well black people are a little bit more adaptable because of our situation But everyone else well that’s where the problem comes in to play.
Strongly disagree. Adaptability is our strong suit. Its a major reason why millions of immigrants have been able to come here and thrive.

Man. Real estate prices high as fuck AND people are buying. All 2020 did was create more separation between people who have it together and those who don't. People with hustle about themselves been killing it. From stocks to e-commerce to crypto to real estate to filling voids in a consumer-based economy. Not everyone is a drone who sits around waiting for someone to create a job for them.
Real estate is now more expensive than a year ago AND selling quicker.
And yeah, people are waiting for the stocks and real estate to crash. But that's even opportunity we can see coming. Remember, without the 600 we were supposed to have crashed by now. Hasn't happened yet(and it will happen, but not as fast as some hoped and it was happening 600 or not).
I think that's true to an extent. We probably have the world's most stubborn dinos who refuse to change, but we also have the world's best hustlers who lead innovation and change. The U.S. is a tale of two realities.
