Police shot and killed a kid like 20 times tonight in Kingsborough houses in Brooklyn.
(Other people saying that the kid just shot somebody else and wouldn't drop the gun.)

Yep, kid set himself up. He tried to play God with someone else's life and karma came swift. *shrug* Cops shooting was overkill, but had he dropped the gun when told, or not shot nobody to begin with, he'd be alive right now.
When cops feel emboldened to point guns at black children, with cameras all around them, you know there is something deeply wrong with the fabric of this country. We must change.
I think this should be a sticky note, because it is extremely insightful. This should not be ignored and perhaps be plastered on every black persons phone somehow. Moreover, what do the company’s who experience looting and such receive? This is somewhat a rhetorical question but it if we can become more aware of things like this, I think it would make a difference. Hell, we should have a thread for how people make money off of black people exponentially. Great post, and thank you.

Yeah, Hollywood shows a different narrative. Gimme the gun, we can work this out, nobody gets shot. We grow up thinking we stand that chance when we make wrong decisions. I keep saying we need to control the narrative in the black community to help kids avoid making poor choices. Like turning the TV off, if it does not have the right message for black folks. I believe what happens is shock and trauma, takes over, without a healing plan, support and education. This is compounded by 10 compared to a white kid. I know I am stating the obvious, but we do not have leaders or a platform to educate ourselves.
It's basically, a tweet saying how white people have three hashtags(WhiteLivesMatter,BlueLivesMatter and Whiteout) to counter the protests and BLM. Alot of K-pop fans are flooding those three hashtags with k-pop music...
