But what gives me reprieve in the darker moments is to remember how much harder it was for our elders even just 50 years ago. I can't even imagine what my blood pressure would've been like in that era knowing how much pride I have. And if we go back further?? God bless our ancestors for real.

Brother I feel your pain, but I will say man if you can afford it or if you have health insurance, don't hesitate in getting a mental health provider in particular someone who looks like you. One of the best decisions I ever made.....

From the footage coming in from D.C, I don't see many black protesters. It easily 80% white and Asian. Am I missing something here? Annacostia and S.E. as a whole are merely 6-7 miles from the White House. If true, this is extremely unfortunate.
