It's likely is bullshit for the following reasons.

1. Tou Thao is an extremely common name Hmong name. It can very well not be him (if #2 is incorrect)
2. Whitepages suggest that her last name was Xiong.
3. It looks like Shawn King started it. (he since deleted the tweet) He's been dead wrong on things like this before.

I do a lot in my community. Not one of those internet people who talk the talk but don’t get involved.

My nonprofit helps black kids to become leaders and entrepreneurs. We teach classes for free to our black youth.

You upset because the truth hurts. How many riots and marches you gone have? What have they accomplished? Riots don’t work because there simply is no change in power.
