Rodman said he would have easily locked LeBron James down. What you think?

Would he have locked LBJ down?

  • Absolutely. Rodman did it to the best when the game was much tougher.

Shannon says that's some straight up bullshit. Skip said Rodman absolutely would have made his life a living hell and locked him down.

What's your take?

Yes he would have even if it ment him fouling out the game he would harass the hell out of him and LeBron could of scored but it wouldn't be easy.

These new players wouldn't have lasted playing in the 80s or 90s,you can't beat em than try to beat em literally.

Looking for fouls to save em, nope, play ball

another thing with these arguments is that cats dont think about it logically.....

you put lebron there...you put lebron there with the 80s and 90s nba mindset....not the 2010s nba mindset we see today....

you put the worm here....same thing...you not picking up rodman from 1990 and just dropping him in 2020

Realistically we’re only supposed to think about the skillsets that they bring on the court.

If we gave Lebron his current mindset and stuck him in the 80’s, he might not even make it to the court. He’d be too busy saying “I’M FUCKING POOR”! :roflmao:

James would have his moments but he definitely not going for 44 and 10 against The Worm. Cancel that shit. 28 and 6 is more like it.

Shawn kemp had 32 and 29 game 1 & game 2 of the finals.

LeBron has excellent court vision. The entire pistons team with prince wallace rip etc thru doubles at him and the man went off. But rodman gonna lock him down....ok.

LeBron is the true definition of take what the defense gives him. He would be in foul trouble early

He didn't lock down Shawn Kemp in the finals. Nor Karl Malone. Nor did he lock down Michael Jordan
breh....no he didnt

revisionist history going on in here
Rodman was neutralizing centers. If I remember correctly they had Rodman on Jordan a few times during the bad boy era.

Shawn Kemp did not get it done in the 96 finals. As far Malone, he always offer himself in big games.
