A month-old thompsons gazelle was killed, and this silverback jackal ran away with its head.
The jackal hid the head to eat later, but a tawny eagle discovered it and took it for herself (2nd pic)

A leopard achieves two goals with a single effort: feeding herself and reducing the local jackal population by one.
A full belly and reduced competition in one go.

Coastal wolves, unlike their interior relatives, live off the sea. Up to 90 percent of their diet is seafood - salmon, barnacles, clams, whale carcasses, river otters and seals. They are smaller than their inland cousins, about the size of a german shepherd. Just for reference, mainland wolves are roughly 20% larger. They are excellent swimmers, capable or reaching islands 12 - 15km (7.4 - 9.3 miles) from the closest landmass. Coastal wolves used to roam up and down the west coast of North America, as far south as California and as far north as Alaska. Nowadays they don't venture further south than northern Vancouver.

Wild dogs do that all the time because hyenas, leopards, lions and other predators take their kill...

Wild dogs are more efficient hunters with a 90% catch rate, which means every 9 out of ten hunts ends in a kill. Hyenas, lion prides, leopards, cheetahs, etc. has a much lower rate. The pack does sometimes snatch kills from other predators.

Wild dogs are so efficient at hunting that there was this solo wild dog that was accepted into a hyena clan and led the clan on hunts.

I know that but they rarely eat the whole corpse because bigger predators like hyenas and lions take their kill....They eat what they can get and bail before another predator comes.

I've seen lots of wildlife vids where the the pack finishes the corpse to the horns and hoofs with no interruptions so I don't think that's rare. But quickly devouring helps because competition is fierce.
