So anecdotal third party info: My sis lives in Geneva and has a friend that works for a phone company that services China. I'm not sure where the friend lives. Anyway, over the past month, 20 million Chinese mobile phone accounts have been closed. She can't say for sure what the reasons are, but she believes it is because the majority of them are due to passing and that the death toll is higher than what China is telling everyone.

Folks, if it's anything official and important, it will be mailed FIRST CLASS. If it's Standard (PRSRT STD), it's just some bullshit junkmail offer, or it'll be like above...PRSRT Marketing. The exception will be political mailers or post cards.
PRSRT means it's already been PRESORTED so that the PO doesn't have to do anything but deliver it, so they won't really scrutinize it.
When bullshit arrives in your mailbox, if it doesn't have First Class Postage or the equivalent, don't be afraid to just toss it in the recycling bin.
Just a quick rule of thumb. Spread the word to your loved ones so they don't fall prey to this shit. That worthless check didn't even have anyone's name on it.

“Over the past seven weeks, the health system has spent more than $5 million purchasing lab supplies, gloves, gowns, masks, eye protection and other material in preparation for the coronavirus,” Northwell Health, a local healthcare provider in New York, said in a statement. “While we currently have adequate stock, the N-95 masks that protect our front-line staff have been in high demand, so we are doing our best to identify other purchasing options.”
