Most of them were elected promising to block or overturn Obamacare and Medicaid expansion. They have spent years demonizing dems to the point where agreeing with a known dem position is seen or even compromising with them is seen as grounds to call them culks, rino's, and have calls to get them expelled from the party. I think for most corporations those rules apply, but this being a large company like FB, I'm sure their tax filing is in the 10's of thousands of pages.

I remember a little over 10 years ago, GE filed a 50,000 page tax return and paid zero tax on, I think 14 billion in profits. Not only that, but they also received money back from tax credits.
