What you said might be the biggest understatement of all time. A grown woman at a basketball game where people have their children and she’s showing her whole ass, then she starts twerking when the music came on?!?! Man, whoever is in charge of the Staples Center security should get 10 days in the street for not throwing her ass the fuck out of the stadium.

Some people on social media were trying to compare her outfit to that of the cheerleaders.

While cheerleaders do wear revealing outfits, they aren't in thongs and they have flesh tone stockings on to prevent wardrobe malfunctions and they never dance in overly provocative ways.

I said in another thread about her, I can't lie, there absolutely are some big girls that I find cute and attractive...a few of the best sexual partners I had were bigger girls. But she ain't one.

Another thing that really annoys the fuck out of me...and part of this goes with the Peleton commercial bullshit controversy.

Why is it when people are overdoing unhealthy shit that are killing them like hard drugs, alcohol and cigs, people have no problem acknowledging that those people are doing something really unhealthy and likely need help...yet if you are morbidly obese like this, you can't say anything about it and everybody has to be on this "you're big fat and beautiful" and nothing is wrong? I'm not suggesting fat shaming necessarily...but call a spade a spade when it comes to fat people in this country, this shit is not cute, it's not healthy, and while I get some people have health issues that make losing weight hard, it's mostly because people are lazy and use shitty food as a coping mechanism for some other issue in their lives...you know, just like people use hard drugs, alcohol and cigs. People that big WILL have major health issues and are likely to cause irreversible damage to their bodies just like the other things. Why is it people want to sing kumbaya and push this fat is healthy bullshit.

It doesn't need to be a "Big Girls Can Do It Too" thing. It needs to be a "Big Girls Can Lose Weight Too" thing. The pseudoscience of "big-bone-did"-ness in the black community needs to be discarded IMMEDIATELY. We need to stop lying to ourselves TOTALLY.

Any woman who's ass and crotch has an odor due to minimal ventilation needs to immediately review her priorities and get her health together. I'm not saying that to shame these women, I'm just being honest. It ain't about feelings, it's about logic.

Let me also be clear here for the fellas...this isn't only a fat black woman thing. My brothers, if you are morbidly obese, I urge you to work on getting into better shape as well. Find a gym or if you can't do that, buy some $30 resistance bands and put in work at home...there are tons of exercises you can do at home that if you are consistent, they will work. Cut out the processed sugar, lower the amount of carbs you eat as much as you reasonably can.

I have so many friends and fam that are fat and on the outside, they are doing the "I'm fat and happy" bullshit, but meanwhile, at home, they are dealing with diabetes (this is a terrible condition that so many of us act like it's not a big deal...it leads to so many organ failures over time), depression, lethargy, ED, low self esteem, cardiovascular problems, sleep apnea...being morbidly obese for men and women is just as dangerous over time as these hard drugs/alcohol/smoking tobacco are. Don't get it twisted, it's not good.

Losing weight is hard work over a long period of time, but it's sustainable with positive lifestyle changes. Fad diets...they can help a bit, but you can't rely on them. Find a nutritionist, take some time out to meal prep for a couple of the coming days, work out a good sweat for 20-30 minutes at least 4 days a week.

Don't get caught up in this "Fat and happy" bullshit people are pushing out there, if you are truly happy being fat, you would be even happier being in shape, or close to it, and trust me, there are not too many people happy being fat in their mid 30's+ when all the health issues that have been building start coming front and center.

Exactly this was a public venue, with kids and families!

If she was going to a club or adult party..... Aye I've seen much worse, do ya thing. But after paying for over priced food and drinks the last thing I'd want to see is Lizzo's ass and weak twerking
