I'm wrong on the parole. I got confused on the appeal waiting time.

She is eligible for parole after 5 years unless she gets appeal and wins earlier.

The confusion was if she got 11 yrs she wouldn't of been able to sit outside of jail. Prior to 2017 if she got 10 yrs, she could of waited outside jail, on bail til her appeal court date.

If it was over 11 years she would of been eligible for parole. But 10 yrs she has to max out.
Unless she gets her appeal. Then she can get out earlier OR may get more time.
