My spot is in carrboro, its east of Charlotte, near UNC. It's a rental, I originally bought it when my daughter was going to school. Her and her friends rented it from me. When she graduated I rented it to an older couple and their daughter. Prices are up right now but you should be able to find a nice spot under 300k. My place has an inground pool and taxes are cheap as fuck. I am not really familiar with Charolette , I never spent much time there.
