Cats don't realize crack of the 80s wasn't crack of the 90s. That shock came out of nowhere and had a potent high at a cheap price. In short, our people didn't know what hit them and were severely unprepared. You think you're getting high off discount coke and 1 year later you're selling all of your most treasured possessions (in some cases, even your kids).
