BTW Miss Lead Luv, to answer you query on gential warts. As I recall (and this was some time ago), we used to treat them with podophyllin (maybe misspelled) if the warts were external.

Treatments done in the doctor's office include:
Cryotherapy (freezing off the wart with liquid nitrogen). This can be relatively inexpensive, but must be done by a trained doctor or nurse.
Podophyllin (a chemical compound that must be applied by a doctor or nurse). This is an older treatment and is not as widely used today.

Electrocautery (burning off warts with an electrical current)

Genital warts is curable, and can actually go away on its own. Not like Herpes. Genital Warts are caused by the HPV (Human Papillomavirus) which can lead to cervical cancer if left unchecked. But certainly not a life-long disease.
