Houston what up

Wet ribs are not good.

Dry ribs are much better.

Wet ribs take away from the true flavour of the meat and seasoning on the meat.

In America Memphis has the best BBQ though.

Exactly! This man gets it. My first time eating REAL bbq was from my cousin's husband. He grew up in Texas and MAN!!! best bbq I've ever had and I became a fan of dry rub Texas bbq. And you're right, wet ribs are messy and dry rub has more flavor, but hey to each their own. BBQ is personal taste, but that is how I love my bbq, Texas style.

If ain’t no old black man cookin that shit I don’t want it

Cac think they know shit

Shit be havin this black ass burnt layer of pepper, just pepper, man gtfoh
The Pit Master there is actually black.
But I feel you on that “old black man” taste.
That’s why I fuck with Ray's.
He’s old, and you actually see him back there runnin shit.

Ray's BBQ on OST is overrated.
His fried catfish is better that his BBQ.
Bud's Meat Market on Cullen is pretty good.

Rudy's (various locations) is not bad. They also make a mean peach cobbler
I heard Gatlin's is pretty good but I have not tried them.

you have to use your phone camera or bring a camera, they do not provide a photographer, the staff there will take a picture for you with your device though.

Whaaat.?! That’s wack. And they charging $25 a head :hmm::smh:

Might have to fuck with the zoo lol

ALL of this is YOUR OPINION, which makes it debatable. I think KC's burnt ends are the best, along with sausage and brisket from Texas. Again, MY opinion, which makes it debatable.
I like the Memphis sweet BBQ rub ribs. It ain't nothing like sweet rub ribs. No where does it better than Memphis.

Rudy’s is my go to spot. When I’m heading to peeps in Jersey Village I make it a pernt to stop... brisket on bun along with a order of baby backs....they pricey but what the hell

Where’s a fun place to take a 4yr old?

Seabrook have the National Space and Air museum then y’all could do Kemeh broadwalk that evening....

Just depending if you’ll dont mind traveling a few minutes outta Houston

Ol roly poly, Uncle Leroy-looking but still in your 20's, wearing all white and doing the bus stop to Maze and Frankie Beverly-ass niggas talking about eating all that swine.

Man coming from Memphis back in the mid to late 80s.....my 1st spot I hit for some Texas BBQ was LUTHERS I bit into them ribs and was like WTF is this shyt.....they got to be gone outta business by now that shyt was horrible.....there was a spot in the 3rd ward that had some fire azz hot links though....is that Mexican joint Two Pesos still open ???
