Looks like an transformer explosion!! Alot of utilities companies are using equipment thats over 50yrs old. Its just a game of rolling the dice, if the old equipment works just keep making money off it.. If it the equipment fails, just put in a order in china or india and wait 6 to 8 months for it to arrive.. If Im not mistaken, large substation or plant transformers are made overseas.. Anyway, the whole nation electric grid is run on old outdated equipment..
