A Disturbing Timeline Of Dallas Police Officer Amber Guyger Killing Botham Jean In His Own Home
https://newsone.com/playlist/timeline-amber-guyger-kills-botham-jean/item/3835475

Dallas police officer Amber Guyger killing Botham Shem Jean in his own home has become an international controversy. Guyger, 30, who was a police officer for 4 years, entered Jean’s apartment on Sept. 6, claiming she thought it was her apartment because she was supposedly exhausted from work. It was not clear whether the door was locked or why Guyger started shooting, especially since her story has repeatedly changed and Jean isn’t alive to defend himself. Nonetheless, he was shot and killed. The St. Lucia native was only 26 years old.
It took 72 hours for Guyger to be arrested and charged with manslaughter on Sept. 9. After only a few hours in custody, she was released on a bond of $300,000.

There have been several pressing questions about the handling of the case by the Dallas Police Department. Why were the five search warrants for Guyger’s home never executed? Why did it take 18 days for her to be fired? Why has Guyger’s story changed and where is she now? There were suspicions of a cover-up and the world has been outraged. The killing of Botham Jean is another example of how Black lives and bodies are seen differently in this country. As we all know, if a Black cop killed a white woman in her apartment, there would be swift justice.

See the disturbing timeline below:

1. August of 2018
Botham Jean moves into South Side Flats apartment complex in Dallas, Texas. He is deeply involved in his church and works for the accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers.

2. September 6, 2018
Around 10 p.m., Botham Jean is in his home. While the details are unclear because only Guyger can tell the story, the 26-year-old is gunned down by the Dallas police officer. Guyger’s defense is that she went to the wrong apartment and killed him because she thought he was a burglar.

3. September 9, 2018
After 72 hours, Guyger finally turns herself in. She is charged with manslaughter and released on bond.

4. September 10, 2018
In an affidavit released on Monday, September 10, Guyger claims Botham Jean “ignored” her commands, blaming the victim for his own death. Also, her story changes, the door went from being locked to unlocked. Also, witness come forward saying they heard a woman’s voice saying, “Let me in!” And a man’s voice saying, “Oh, my God. Why did you do that?” right after the sound of a bullet.

5. September 11, 2018
By Tuesday, September 11, it was reported that Guyger now claimed Jean’s door was ajar. A resident proved it was impossible for the doors at the complex to be a jar.

6. September 12, 2018
Protesters shut down a city council meetingm chanting “No justice, no peace.” Mayor Mike Rawlings abruptly ended the meeting.

7. September 13, 2018
On the day of Botham Jean’s funeral, the Dallas police disgustingly released an affidavit saying the there were small traces of marijuana found in his apartment. Lee Merritt, an attorney for Jean’s family, said, “I think it’s unfortunate that law enforcement begin to immediately criminalize the victim — in this case, someone who was clearly was the victim that has absolutely no bearing on the fact that he was shot in his home.”

8. September 14, 2018
In a powerful press conference, Allison Jean, Botham’s mother, rips into the Dallas police department for releasing details that they found marijuana in his home. She said, “The information received yesterday is, to me, worse than the call that I got on the morning of Friday, Sept. 7. To have my son smeared in such a way, I think shows that the persons who are really nasty, who are really dirty and are going to cover up for the devil, Amber Guyger.” She also added, “Give me justice for my son because he does not deserve what he got. I will not sit back and see that justice does not prevail.”

9. September 18, 2018
Dallas Police Chief Renee Hall is being slammed by the Jean family and activists for not firing Amber Guyger. However, she says she is “prohibited” from firing her due to “civil service laws” — but she failed to cite the law. Dallas attorney Peter Schulte told ABC 8, “When I read Chief Hall’s statement today, it just doesn’t make much sense to me. I don’t know if it’s ignorance or being naive, but it doesn’t make any sense legally.”

10. September 21, 2018
St. Lucia’s Prime Minister Allen Chastanet slams the Dallas police for the handling of the Botham Jean case, saying, “Some people want to go further, that this was home invasion and therefore is subject to capital punishment. Now again, all these things are starting to play out because capital punishment is what the whole world has been trying to convey to us that we should not practice, yet here is a state in America that still practices it.”

He continued, “This is the inconsistency or hypocrisy, if you want to call it that, that exists in the global context that we have to deal with.”

11. September 24, 2018
Guyger is finally fired, when only days before Police Chief Hall said she couldn’t fire her. Nonetheless, Jean family is still asking for justice, they are demanding her charges be changed from manslaughter to murder.

12. September 26, 2018
The family sued the city of Dallas for civil rights violations. According to Fox 4 in Dallas, “The attorneys say the lawsuit will argue that Jean’s civil rights were violated when off-duty Dallas Police Officer Amber Guyger mistakenly went to his apartment and shot and killed him, thinking she was encountering an intruder in her apartment.”

13. September 29, 2018
September 29 was Botham Jean’s birthday. He would have been 27. See the video of Rep. Marc Veasey honoring Jean,

14. October 5, 2018
Dallas DA Faith Johnson accused of mishandling the case. She continuously defends herself, telling people to “trust” her. She is also accused of being more focus on reelection rather than charging Guyger with murder.

15. October 17, 2018
In an interview with Jordan Chariton, Jean’s family attorney. Lee Merritt, says there are social media posts with Amber Guyger bragging about being violent. He said, “She bragged about being violent, being short tempered. She bragged about use of force and she spoke out adamantly against things like kneeling [during the anthem] and said the NFL died of ‘Colin’ cancer.” That is an obvious reference to Colin Kaepernick. See one of the posts above.

17. October 19, 2018
Botham Jean’s mother says she has not heard from Trump administration. She says, “What we would like to see is great attention to this case by top government officials in the United States. We have heard nothing from Washington, D.C., and it really gives a feeling that some people just don’t care about lives.”

18. October 22, 2018
Details of the family lawsuit against the city of Dallas revealed. “Jean’s parents say they want their lawsuit to not just focus on how their son died, but to change how police officers are trained about when to fire their weapons,” the Dallas Morning News reported. In addition, “The Jeans also fault [Dallas Police Chief U. Reneé] Hall for turning over the case to the Rangers and say Dallas police should have kept investigating. Hall has said she turned over the case in an effort to be more transparent.” After the backlash, Hall has not commented on the Botham Jean case in weeks.

20. October 29, 2018
On October, 29, Kimberly Williams-De Leon, 42, was shot and killed in her St. Lucia. Allison Jean, Botham’s mother, spoke out in support of her, saying, “He or she must be caught and caught soon. Now. Immediately… The comfort that one gets from first of all knowing that this person who pulled that trigger is in custody – that’s number one comfort. Number two comfort – that the person who did this is held accountable for their actions and that means that they are given a murder charge.” She also said she will fight for a murder charge for Amber Guyger

21. November 6, 2018
On the 2 month anniversary of Botham Jean’s death, Justice for Botham Team committee called on the public to wear red. Committee member Nicole ‘Nikki’ David said, “Amber will never be the same again in her life… Amber knows she did something wrong… Justice will be served.”

Has there been any proof yet about the fact when the emergency works got their that Amber Guyger let them in with a key she had? It was stated that they allowed her a key to all the apartments because she was a cop and they made her some kind of position where she had a master key or something.
If she went back out that apartment then how did they get in?

Where you come up with all of this from?

EMS have body cams? Never heard of that b4 and doubt medically, they would allow that. Never heard of that b4. There are privacy issues, people they confront aren't under suspicion for a crime, as a cop would wear one.

Then this whole thing about moonlighting as a security officer for the building? So why she banged on the door to be let in?

Even if she was security for the complex, having a master key and entering is still breaking an entering.

That theory sounds so far fetched. Where you see all this at?
They did state that on one of the em workers that had a body cam on you could see her key is his door. They are quiet right now but it seems like they are quiet because they may be studying over the mistakes they made and how to correct them if a cover up is going on. It might be invasion of privacy for her to have a master key but that does not mean they would not do it.
The apartment duplex I live in things had got so bad they gave a police officer free rent for staying her. But anytime there is a fight or anything there he come walking down the side walk with that big ass pump shot gun in his hand. He usually carried it pointing up in the air like he is Rambo or something. But I never recall him having any keys to go in the apartments. If Amber had a master key she probably talked the establishment into giving her one.

I don't believe the master key theory. If she had one, why is she banging on the door talking about let me in? I still say she tried her key it wasn't working. Dude heard her fucking around with his door and starts talking through the door. She starts going crazy talking about an intruder in her home. She probably announces she is a cop. He looks through the peephole and sees the uniform. He opens the door to try to find out what is up...gets shot before he can say anything.

I do not know if she had a key or did not have one but they know. If she did then they are not going to say. But even if she had a key she would knock first and not just use the key. But she is lying through her teeth about what happens and she has a lot of help in making it seems like what she said is true. It is possible for them have given her a master key even if they were not suppose to do that. And if they were not suppose to do that then they are going to try to cover their ass after a murder. But if there was a body cam that actually showed her key in the door for the em's they may try to suppress that. They are doing a hell of a lot of collecting right now but that does not mean they are collecting to prosecute Amber. It could be they are collecting to see how they can defend her. The reason why I think that way is because that is what they did in the Zimmerman case. In that case they would not allow voice analyst experts in the court room even though them and their technology and science had been used in other high profile cases and terrorist cases. One base they could not cover without keeping the truth of who cried for help out. But they want us to believe that a grown man with a loaded gun chasing an unarmed kid was crying for help. We have not only watched them take down leaders of other countries and put their puppets in power off of lies but our tax dollars pays for this and private wars they have to ensure their supremacy.

Witnesses who have gone around the cops have stated that she was banging on his door talking about let me in (some of the same witness who where releasing videos showing how the door closes by itself).

Me personally, I am going by the first version of events. The wrong key would fit and not work. I know this because I actually did this once in an old apartment building. I wasn't paying attention when I got off on the wrong floor...went to use my key. The key went into the lock but wouldn't turn. Only difference was, I looked up and noticed it was the wrong apartment and didn't shoot anybody over my mistake.

I think her first version is the honest one. After her union got involved and started coaching her, that's when all the bullshit started to come out.

Bottom line, bitch is guilty no matter what.

And yes, I can be completely wrong about my opinion. Unfortunately, we won't see the body camera footage until well after the decision about prosecuting and/or her sentence is handed down.

Both of you remember what their "key" looks like? It's just a small round piece of plastic that fits in a hole. It's the wireless RFID that opens the door. You turn it like a regular key, but it has no markings or grooves on it like a normal metal key.

You can stick it in any of the door key holes and it will stay there. It will turn and turn, just won't open, period.

Looks similar to this:

As I've said, highly doubt they would let an Emergency Medical Services tech wear a body cam administering patient care. I stress medical because, I don't know about Dallas, but in NYC you also have, from the Police dept, ESU which is Emergency Services Unit. They are usually responding to any scene where they have an officer involved shooting or have to extract people, similar to what Fire Depts do today. Back in the day when I was an EMT, Fire Depts never responded to any medical emergencies. They sat in the house all day and only went to a fire.

Barely even responded to car accidents, was mostly always the police dept ESU to cut a person out a car. Fire only responded when a fire may occur which is rare in cars no matter how severe of a crash.

But I digress.

Odd that all of these pro second amendment folks haven't taken up arms against the tyrannical government yet.
Some are trying to organize in secrecy. That is mainly the ones that know for a fact all our lives are in danger. It is possible for the masses to wake up to late like the people in Jonestown. They moved a whole lot of miles deep into a jungle. Then was so blinded and overjoyed at their work and accomplishments that they did not try to run when they had armed guards to make sure they worked every day. Jim Jones job was to fuck everybody. He was suppose to be the only man. So part of being successful in Jonestown was losing your manhood first. It may seem strange but these same curses and spells is what lead to slavery and is still here today to have beast or devils look like they are the only real men when actually it is the opposite but well hidden. The military should know damn well that they fight for white power and the domination and destruction of the black race. Whites have went from beast walking on all fours to ruling the world. It was taught that they mated with monkeys and apes to graft themselves back into being human like.
So some people are working to try to save their own lives. But the money and resources are still going into the hands of enemies. The main question is why?

You have to look down to put your key in the door. You would've seen a red carpet. If you've been to that apartment before because of a noise complaint or whatever, you would know exactly where you are at.

^^ Exactly. And before she would look down.. she would've had to 'not notice' that she parked her car on the 4th floor, instead of the 3rd floor ... then after not paying ANY attention to 'where she parked'... after leaving the garage.... she would've had to walk right past 12-15 different apartment units with 'well-lit numbers' right at eye level.

After being oblivious to ALL of this.... now she would've had to 'look down' and completely MISS that big-ass red carpet under her feet, also. :smh:

Slight fix, fam

She might be trying to flee the US, if she hasn't done so already, after the recent mid-term election results.

I know we remember this case. One of the 911 calls was very important because you could hear somebody hollering for help. It clearly sounds like Martin. Two voice analyst experts came to Florida. They were not called to come by there by the police or justice dept. But by someone else. The science, technology, and equipment has been proven accurate. Been used in high profile cases and terrorist cases. But neither one of them was allowed in the court room in this case yet at 6:46 marker they go by what this oriental dude says who is suppose to be the voice expert. And then that juror talking about people voice change under different conditions. Either she was pressured or she is just dumb. They knew that if they had Zimmerman to try hollar for help like that part of the 911 call it would be totally different and no way it could be him hollering for help.
I do not know if they are not in a huddle quarter backing this case that is going on now.

So glad this dude won his race for DA, looks like he's honestly interested in prison reform and has his head on straight with regards to this case. Good job Dallas!!

We'll see, Cruezot is one of many who flip flop to ride the wave of what Dallas voters will do. He's been a Democrat, switched to Republican when they were winning, & switched back when the Dems started winning again. He was also the loudest supporter for that crazy ass white broad republican that defeated the first Black DA that was clearing a lot of innocent Black men & focusing on wrongful convictions. He did a lot of work for drug offenders, so we'll see what he's about. This is definitely the biggest issue to tackle for him.

Slap on the wrist smh

Yea I saw that yesterday. After quarterbacking that for 5 years they finally made that play. Besides these police unions these judges and others have all of us in a cross fire. When they do their crooked shit it we are the law and do what we want. But anytime some of us seek any real justice then there is always that thing about legality.
I was shocked at Zimmerman when he said black people are a joke they are ridiculous. After all that threatening him and even putting a bounty on his head no one touched him but a white dude. I think he was referring to that white dude that punched him in the face. But for Zimmerman to say that he has had a lot of hand to hand combat training. I do not think Trayvon attacked him but he attacked Trayvon and still went on an shot him. The girl Trayvon was talking to said she heard Trayvon say get off me. But also for Zimmerman to say what he said he probably realize how things are programmed in life to whiteness bowed down to.
