I think it's only right that folks address him by his government name. Eduardo Rafael "Ted" Cruz. It further amplifies his sell out coon antics. Also it's great disrespect to memories of Al Smith aka Grandpa Munster to be placed next to Eduardo Rafael Cruz in any context. Al Smith was a respected activist for righteousness.
