Doesn’t look remotely Ethiopian.

You're probably used to seeing the ones that are mixed with West Asians. The ones that look more African that are truly indigenous to Africa or pure human are often called falasha. Here is a picture of a falasha name Dr. Yusef Ben Jocahannan

Yes they do come in more than one phenotype and yes the high yellow ones are mixed with non indigenous people to Africa. Dr. Ben is not the only Ethiopian to ever confirm or explain it to me. He is also a world renowned anthropologist and historian.
