Just means her skin is tight and also she wasn't grossly obese to begin with
Your body can bounce back and handle weight gain up to a point and then it goes into extra skin mode (stretch marks but not loose being an example)
But then if you spread to the other side that's when you see people with the loose skin flaps and such

She aas fat but her skin wasn't wrinkled and loose and all cottage cheese look at how tight the skin is on her arm she's showing its big but it ain't loose.

I think she probably has some on her lower belly that we can't see and she wasn't a whale to begin with. Good for her, she looks great!
