What if.... Marvel is setting up an Ant-Man & Wasp lead MCU version of Thunderbolts (group of reformed criminals)?
It was only aight. I just wanted to see how it ties in to Infinity War. 
I saw it finally Saturday and really enjoyed it. Was it as good as BP or A:IW? Nah but it did not need to be, it was going its own way as it should have. Strong performances overall and really great FX and glad to see the villainess was redeemed and the little girl was mad cute. A solid 3 stars from me (***), sometimes it was kinda corny but the flick was fast paced and funny. 
Oh and Ghost was not sexy at all though

I went into it as a filler movie and it did was it needed to. It set up some potential things for the future. Still light years ahead of some of the rough Phase 1 movies. But yes every movie isn't going to be epic. Captain Marvel has to be but not goofy ass Antman. CM adding the Skrulls is enough for me to be excited about it. Phase 4 has the potential to be every damn thing. Secret Invasion, Young Avengers, Mutants, etc. Can't wait.
yea it was ok, nothing to run out to see. But like someone else says, it was filler movie. Black Panther was a filler movie also. but i think it surprised everyone how good it was, even Marvel was surprised. then after word of mouth got out about it, it was off and running. They could have put this out before IW and numbers prob be lower than they are now. Marvel is smart with these releases lol.
I saw it last night. It started a little slow and there was a lot of dialogue, but i liked it overall. It definitely kept good continuity with the first and the rest of the MCU. i liked the Ghost chick and contrary to popular opinion, I thought she was sexy. Overall it was a little sappy, but Ant Man's story is about his relationships and how him being Ant Man affects those relationships, so it was what it needed to be. I kinda wanted to see Larry Fishburn go Goliath, but i guess that was asking for too much. Overall, 3.5/5.

i`m really leaning towards that theory ....
if he had a significant role in IW i guarantee the numbers overseas would have been better...
