Three actresses in Atlanta claim they were wrongfully arrested after using the bathroom at a restaurant.

The women — Erica Walker, Brittany Marie Lucio and Asia’h Sharrell Epperson — called on the district attorney Tuesday to investigate an incident at Houston’s restaurant where an officer removed them from the restroom, news station WXIA-TV reported.

Footage of the alleged altercation has gone viral on social media with the hashtag #BoycottHoustons.

In the video filmed by Epperson, the two other women are seen being restrained outside in the bushes by an off-duty officer.

The women claimed they showed up around 10 p.m. on May 13 at the restaurant where customers were still dining even though the kitchen was closed. Upon arriving, they said they were given permission to use the facilities as they waited for friends to finish their meal, according to the news station.

Ten minutes later, however, the manager reportedly sent the off-duty officer, who works as part-time security, into the bathroom to retrieve the women.

The officer said he asked them three times to leave but the women ignored him. According to the police report, the cop then grabbed Lucio’s wrist, but she resisted and said, “Get your hands off me!”

He reportedly grabbed her wrist again and pulled her outside the restaurant, where she told him to “Get your f–king hands off me. You ain’t about to touch me.”

According to the cop, Lucio then punched him, leaving him with two lacerations.

Police were called to the scene and arrested the three women on suspicion of criminal trespassing.

Lucio, who also faces felony obstruction charges, took to social media Tuesday saying she was “completely disheartened and shocked” by the officer’s conduct.

“I was bruised and battered, but I am not broken,” Lucio wrote on Instagram. “I appreciate the support of the community as I fight to clear my name and for all women who have been assaulted at the hands of law enforcement.”

When will we learn. It's better to support our own restaurants.

Although they might not be as "popular" as these other places, aint nothing like putting money back into the hands of your own.

I thought we boycotted that restaurant earlier this year?

This

So it's okay to send a male police officer into a female restroom?

Maybe it's not gender specific. After all it is Atlanta.

there has to be more to this, because the little narrative we got makes no damn sense..

who was the fag in the video talkin about now you are assaulting a police officer he sounds like he was the problem....

TI should open a restaurant they can go to. Oh wait , he did, but he didn't pay nobody andni shut down.

There are other CACs in here

with similar slight remarks.

CACs expose themselves in

threads like these, every time.

They know who they are so I'm not

even going to go any further with it.

No. and i don't mean "No, don't support our own". I mean, NO the service is not always better. I find that when i go into black owned business (i.e. restaurants, barber shops) i am treated like a "friend" and not a "customer". Which is fine, black people feel that comfortable around each other. But we also have to know when curb that shit.
two examples.
The other day i called a jamaican restaurant and ordered a curry goat roti. I get there, and i see them packing bag with two containers. I walk in and tell them what i ordered and she handed me the bag. I look inside and i see the roti skin in one container and the beef in a separate one. I asked why it wasn't wrapped. The woman said, when i call on the phone i have to tell them i want it wrapped. Really? Since fucking when? I have ordered from the spot multiple times and never had to wrap my own roti. So i ask, how would i know that if the person that answered the phone didn't ask me. No response. I just grabbed my food and walked out. The shit was good though.

About a few weeks ago i went to the barbershop. They had two dudes in there working so one tells me that they are a little short staffed and it might be a wait. fine. I'm sitting for like 30 minutes, dude finally comes over and says another barber just pulled up, he will be here in a minute. Cool. 20 minutes go by, dude still doesn't come in. When he finally walks in, the other barber that was there already says to him "wtf, u was sitting in your car for 20 minutes". Not only that, dude came in with his breakfast and proceeds to sit down and eat it. Thats another 15 minute wait. Finally he finishes, goes and stands by his chair and starts texting. Again, the barber had to call him out. Now mind you, this dude cut my hair before. So i finally get in the chair. he did a shitty job. I had to go home and fix my own shit. I gave him a $2.00 tip.

Horrible service.

SHe punched him after he grabbed her arm. He assaulted her first, she defends herself, and she is the one who gets charged with assault.

Aaaaaah, so you KNEW there are more details eh?

But you presented it as if he just decided to arrest them JUST for not leaving

So he grabbed one of em by the hand to kick em out.

She swung on him.

Thats what got her arrested.

There was no reason for him to drag them her out the bathroom in the first place so why even mention that?

Whaddyamean there's no reason for security to throw someone out of a closed restaurant who's not leaving when you tell em to?
