I think they need to recast Superman and start with getting him right before doing anything else. With the exception of his height Henry Cavill looks the part but dude has no charm and no range as an actor. He doesn't have to be Christoper Reeves but his interaction with Amy Adams (Great Actress, Bad Casting) as Lois Lane is hard to watch. Without a good Superman the Justice League is mostly a bunch of under powered Cos-Players. How they fucked Lex Luthor up is beyond me. There are too many good character actors to go with Emo Jesse Eisenberg. Another massive casting blunder.

The next thing they need to do is the writing is garbage. They keep moving away from the source material and cherry picking parts of stand alone stories. Rushing way too fast to catch up with the MCU. Slow the fuck down and tell one good story that isn't connected to anything, just make one good movie. Why not adapt some of the best writing and storylines from the massively popular Justice League Unlimited. A lot of the best comic story telling written by the late Dwayne McDuffie. The Cadmus Government Story line was as complex as any adult tv series and deep. Marvel beat them to that story with Captain America Winter Soldier but all the ground work is already laid.

Man what ever.... Cavil is tight. It’s not his fault that DC has no idea what they are doing. I don’t understand why they cut out all of his Clark Kent parts in Batman v Superman theatrical version. It’s like warner brothers doesn’t want us to see Clark Kent the mild manner reporter. You can’t blame Cavil for that shit. That’s on them.

All I know is that for those who enjoyed this movie... I hope you like it while it lasts... It will be number 1 this weekend but the reviews are brutal. I don't see this having any legs and they spent hundreds of millions of dollars on marketing. I'm just hoping that DC doesn't decide to reboot this again.

Am I the only here that remembers that Superman returns and Green Lantern were supposed to kick off the universes for DC until they fell below expectations.

JL was close to being great, it just needed a better script and better build up.

DC fucked up by trying to cram so much in so little time.

Should have started off with MOS, then WW...then a Batman film...then a Trinity film bringing them together.

Follow up Trinity with solo movies for Aquaman, Green Lantern and Flash and then do a full on Justice League movie...

They opted to do the quick cash grab instead of world building like Marvel.

Ironic since MOS had a World Engine....

MOS had too much going on and not enough Superman being Superman. It was overloaded with crap and hollow at the same time.

Too much time spent on Krypton.

Too much Matrix babies and flying creatures from Avatar.

Too much destruction and not enough saving. DC should have saved that amount of destruction for the JL film, not blow their load immediately out the gate.

Superman never found himself nor had a chance to grow in the film.

He was thrust into action and wasn't given a chance to become a super man.

His death in BvS didn't mean anything since his first outing was so underwhelming.

This is fucked up but not unexpected...they should have done what I been saying since the beginning!!! Since they dont have time to give each character their own movie and back story all they need to do is COPY the same plot as "Justice League: War" the animated movie and just throw the characters out there and put them together by making everyone exist and using the invasion of the the parademons a way to get them all together...their animated movies are the equivalent of Marvels live action movies in the sense that they are the best and nobody can fuck with them. If they did it that way it would have been MUCH better.

Also they need to keep Cavil, aside from the height hes a great look for the role they need to WRITE him better dialogue and story, hes only working with what hes given. This should have been the cast all along:

SUPERMAN - CAVILL

BATMAN - SCOTT ADKINS

GREEN LANTERN - ARMY HAMMER

CYBORG - HENRY SIMMONS (Could also be Jon Stewart)
