try to cut down on milk, cheese and all that other mucous producing crap...

I don't really drink milk and eat cheese. I only started having it when I was rushed to the hospital twice around this time last year for bronchitis.
My pulmonary doctor is bring very cautious,since I was born with a heart condition.
Anyways,whenever I see my other homie,I'm going to tell I can't stand on the porch with him talking about dumb shit like we used to,while he smokes....Everything seems to irritates the hell out of my lungs now...

if you are home and find your lungs irratated get one of them ol skool vaporizers the kind you put water in and steam comes out... add some eucalyptus oil or peppermint oil or both to it...
