If I got caught selling drugs they would take all my assets that they think are associated with the crime. If I got caught stealing from a bank or organization I worked for they would force me to pay back restitution.
My point is I'm not allowed to benefit from a crime I committed. Those kids came here illegally and them being allowed to stay is them benefiting from a crime that was committed.
Now if that's how things are then I know a Mexican connect who could get me weed and raw dog food by the pound on consignment. I may as well pump up because according to some folks logic it's ok to benefit from crime and they should let me keep what I made if I get caught.
