I Think it's about time that we consider that Hurricane Harvey was a WEATHER WEAPON Created by Men..

What man does is only temporary to earth. Like a paper cut that heals in a day or two.

I hear what you're saying and respect you, but I also ask for proof behind statements like this. I feel like we say things like this to make ourselves feel better and even have faith that a higher power wouldn't let cacs have that much control.....

But I have to ask what if? And are we sure it's impossible?

Nikola Tesla was talking about weather modification 100 years ago.

I had a 24 year old student that didn't know what even and odd numbers were.

I have reached a point of "Of coursing" everything.

"Of they believe the earth is flat. Why wouldn't they?"

"Of course Trump got elected. Why wouldn't he?"

"Of course there are 16 or so different genders. Why wouldn't it be?"

"Of course Eldridge Cleaver became a Republican. Why wouldn't he?"

Jesus Christ!!!

http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/nova/earth/hurricane-power.html

Fact: The total energy released through cloud and rain formation in an average hurricane is equivalent to 200 times the worldwide electrical generating capacity.

Even if you took every power generator in the entire world, there would not enough capacity to fire up even one hurricane.

The amount of energy it would take to evaporate the 9 trillion gallons of water Harvey dumped on Houston alone is way beyond our ability.

Much less the energy needed to rotate all that moisture up to speeds of 130 mph.

I know the tin foil hat crew won’t believe this because they saw a cloud on youtube one time, but if one person on the fence gets pulled back into the realm of logic and reason, it is worth it.

What you DON'T know is what they haven't shown the general public.

You ask for proof but base your entire everything on what if type shit.

You don't even see how backwards that shit is either, it's wild.

Some of the mindset is a result of the psychological effects of slavery/racism in America. So much confusion as to what is truth, blurs any ability to think objectively without bias. I have witnessed well educated brothers who are good people and have good intentions, unable to understand science and or have any belief in it.

A few weeks ago, I was listening to a black AM radio show in Atlanta. This particular day we were blessed to have 2 other show hosts on set with the morning guy for the full 3 hour show. They were talking about North Korea and nuclear weapons and Trump etc. So, a brother calls in and says he is an engineer and has worked with nuclear energy for over 15yrs and that the main issue with nuclear weapons is the ability to properly detonate them. The caller explained that the process of detonating nuclear weapons is extremely complex and only a few nations are capable of achieving absolute success.

So, one of the guest hosts, who is a retired elected local government official, in his mid 50's, responded to the caller by saying, "he has seen people detonate home made bombs by simply going to Radio Shack and picking up a few things and that HE knows that it is not that difficult." Basically, dismissing anything the nuclear power engineer had to say.

I'm saying to myself, how can you possibly argue against someone who has years of experience in the field of which YOU know very little about? I'm saying to myself, how many nations are actually equipped with nuclear weapons? I would assume if it were so easy to do, every nation would have this option in the military arsenal. I did a little research and found that only 9 countries have nuclear weapons. Obviously, it an extremely complex technology and not something that one can be learn how to do by buying stuff from Radio Shack.

Here you have a brother who has actual experience in meteorology and somehow his point of view on the weather is meaningless to the doubters. Why can't you take the word of an experienced brother who has no financial gain whatsoever in giving facts on the matter as opposed to these youtube conspiracy theory hustlers who are caking off clicks and likes?

First of all, I ONLY presented a hypothetical to get him to consider possibilities outside his filtered scope.

4D you talkin bout some 1985, dry ice technology, when the gov. is waaay beyond that shit. Y'all won't touch cold fusion and zero point energy. Tesla tried to tell u niggas 100 years ago and y'all acting like that didn’t really happen.

You hypocritical ass niggas drilled me for proof on flat earth and when I provided proof y'all scattered like flies so fuck da bullshit, you know I ain't scared of y'all niggas, I'll go toe to toe on this haarp shit too if I need to.

See, none of y'all will touch those videos I posted earlier in this thread, where nasa ADMITTED THEY CONTROL THE WEATHER WITH HAARP in front of congress. You want proof?? Start there. Let's talk about THAT.

Problem is, you're not considering every source of power available. Free energy all around you. Nikola Tesla said he could split the earth in half with it.

Of all the dumb shit you've convinced yourself of, the dumbest may be that you 'won' in that thread, rather than that one by one everyone just began realizing there was no point in continuing talking to you.

Niggas watch hours of YouTube and think they know some shit. Mind you, vids created by da same crackas they claim to despise.

Yeah, videos of cacs admitting they control the weather. I never said I hate all whites, I don't. But I do despise the racist nazi scientist cacs y'all love.

If you say so pimp.

I'll let you tell it.

Hmm... Nasa can make it rain

Yes.

The burning of the rocket fuel is much hotter than the surrounding air. the rocket fuel is made up of liquid hydrogen and oxygen. Those are the two essential elements to create water, so when the rocket begins to oxidize with the liquid hydorgren and is heated at high tempertures, it creates steam.

Since steam is made up of tiny water droplets because of oxidation with the liquid hydrogren, the water droplets will grow in size and eventually fall as rain.

The is a very small scale affect and not the same process as clouds formed in the atmosphere.

Like lave flowing in the ocean...

This stuff happens downsouth all the time. Just like you have earth quakes in Cali its life. U move into an area u take the good and bad.
Ohio, we don't get hurricanes or earthquakes and only get rare tornadoes, but we get snow and today the first day of September it's 59 fucking degrees. I'm watching High School football second week feeling like I needed a Parka

Oh, and Monday is going to be 84 degrees. I swear, Ohio weather is like a box of fucking chocolates

Texas is the heart of the Republican movement. No if they could do it they would wipe out Cali and New York.

But they think that fuckin engine can generate 9+trillion gallons of rain.

These guys are beyond idiots.

Because these niggas retarded

And this allows them seem intelligent to other people and more importantly themselves without putting in the work to properly educate and inform themselves on a topic.

Instead of dedicating months of reading, studying, and investigating the science of a topic, reading peer reviews and scientific reports, I can watch a video on youtube and declare myself woke and not sleep like everyone else. I can declare that I’m a thinking man using my brain, not an ignorant sheep like everyone else. And all I had to do is watch a 15 minute youtube clip.

Yeah ok.. So nasa has how many of these machines? Dont tell me one, because this corporation never deals in ones.. And you know that..

Compartmentalization (intelligence)

In matters concerning intelligence, whether public or private sector, compartmentalization of information means to limit access to information to persons who directly need to know certain such information in order to perform certain tasks.

The basis for compartmentalization is that if fewer people know the details of a mission or task, the risk or likelihood that such information could be compromised or fall into the hands of the opposition is decreased. Hence, varying levels of clearance within organizations exist. Yet, even if someone has the highest clearance, certain "eyes only" information may still be restricted to certain operators, even of lower rank. In intelligence administration, officials believe it is useful to keep close watch on "sources and methods" information[1] to prevent disclosure of people and their activities, whose lives they may believe to be at risk if such information were publicly disclosed or fall into the hands of the opposition.

In May of 2008, former Military Intelligence Sergeant Adrienne Kinne, who had served for ten years, from 1994 to 2004, and was active in the Iraq war, explained how compartmentalization worked to facilitate the wiretapping she participated in. She stated:

"When this was going on, I had absolutely no idea what was going on in the rest of the military intelligence, the rest of our government. Everything is so compartmentalized that you don’t really know necessarily what the person next to you is doing, let alone in a different room in a different building in a different location. And so, it really wasn’t until the New York Times piece came out about the NSA’s domestic wiretapping that I really began to think about what we were doing and my mission and that we were collecting on Americans. And we were doing so for the flimsiest of reasons."[2]

Problem is, you're not considering every source of power available. Free energy all around you. Nikola Tesla said he could split the earth in half with it.

Dont you find it odd, when telsa was killed/died all he work was taken?? Tesla was a enemy of the state, he was about helping mankind and these greedy capitalist had other ideas!! Anyway, speak on.. Tesla was on top of his game!!

Oh yeah, dont burn too many brain cells explaining how this system is operates!! Truth biggest enemy is the human ego

Bro, Ive been saying this for awhile..Im out here in the midwest and the weather swing are out of this world.. Oneday were sitting one 85 and the next day its 65 barely making 70.. Then the next day its 90 and cloudy!! And the winters are worst, we have 30-35 temp degree swings and Im suppose to think thats normal..

Yeah ok.. So nasa has how many of these machines? Dont tell me one, because this corporation never deals in ones.. And you know that..

I don't know how many have. This is Stennis Space Center.
https://www.nasa.gov/centers/stennis/home/index.html

Theyre not hiding this info though. They allow people to watch them do this experiment. And they openly talk about how liquid hydrogen and oxygen is used to fuel their rocket.

This is very small scale though. If they are generating rain on a large scale this way, then the amount of energy and fuel to do this is more than they can bare.

You're east of the Rock mountains, north of the gulf and south of Canada.

I think temperature extremes is not uncommon for the Midwest. We have them in NC as well.

For a guy that live is higher latitudes and near the Great Lakes, I'm sure this temperature drop has happen to you before. Especially now that cold fronts are forming because of the transition from summer to fall.

I'm sure this is practiced in most businesses.

U may not get hurricane or earthquakes but its ohio enuff said. That in itself is damaging the crime, long cold winters, driving in cleveland etc.

Bruh, You strike me as a kat whos on top of his game and take profession serious.. Im just asking questions, bro. I dont close the door on anything!

This winter Im going to send you or post our winter weather and you can see what Im talking about!!

I'm sure this is practiced in most businesses.

I bet it practice at every level of government, all levels of business and all levels of education.. I witnessed it for 7yrs in the service and trust me,, I can point out how the chain works .. Its not hard to figure out..

I hope that I'm not coming off brash hen answering your questions. I know sometimes I talk very directly.

I do take it seriously. Spent a lot of time learning, studying, and researching. I open to the questions, I just try and answer them to the best of my knowledge.

This winter Im going to send you or post our winter weather and you can see what Im talking about!!

No doubt.

It's not. I figured it out because I seen the shit when I was getting my education. Main reason I want to remain a teacher only. I don't want any parts of administration whatsoever.
