My thoughts exactly. maybe a little further east so Houston and Austin are in reach.

South side of Houston, suburbs with a lot of blacks = pearland & fort bend (sugar land & Missouri City)

Answer to OP's question is Houston. I know a lot of Dallas ninjas that moved to Houston, married a chic from Houston and ain't trying to move back to Dtown. Only know 1 Houston ninja who did it vice versa.

 that's why we got so many annoying Cowboy fans in da H.

man as cold as its been in Dallas these last few winters I refuse to move any further north than where I am now fuck I cant take it

man when i was in nc and the winters came, a nigga was hurt. but i liked it cause of the snow. crazy how my daughter remembers that one winter we played in the snow, she was 2

Houston is better, hands down.
Better women of color, better freeways, better food.
The weather down here isn't as extreme as Dallas.
Dallas gets ice storms, droughts, snow, tornadoes, floods, earthquakes (minor) all at once.
Dallas does cater more to tourists and out-of-towners than Houston though.
Dallas is just a wanna-be Houston with a better football history and organization.

Is Houston really more diverse than Dallas because I saw that diversity map of houston and that shit looked pretty segregated.

over the next two years TX will not be a good place to live according to the dream i had about floods and earthquakes

I have lived in both cities, although it has been a quite a few years since then. I'd say Houston is definitely more diverse. If you like women of color, Houston has more. But Dallas ain't doing bad either.

The floods were in Houston... Dallas has greater diversity because you
can traverse the landscape from the Western Counties of Forth Worth
to the Eastern Counties of Dallas... The conurbation now starts farther
South than Waco and goes all the way to the Oklahoma border, easily
encompassing more than 10 million people. The emerging characteristics
and character speak to unique identity that is at once a sum of parts
at the same time the individual part forge ahead with establishing
their own characteristics..

In Las Colinas for example, the very evident intent is to develop
a city that is part America, but for the most Italian, fully with
canals and Italian architecture... The wooded neighbourhood of
Coppell seduces one with calm charm, and magnificent manicured
neighborhoods.. etc

Because of this there is a greater amount and variety of everything;
Dallas has 6 Flags, Houston does not, Dallas a the NASCAR Texas
Motor Speedway, Houston does not, Dallas has an Ice Hokey team, Houston
does not.. Both have American football, real football, basketball and
baseball teams....

The emerging development in Dallas speaks to the grand plan and desires
of Dallas. The leaders of Dallas do not have a Houston inspiration in
the development of the Trinity Corridor; Las Colinas, South Lake,
Grape Vine etc, and the many impressive suburbs of Dallas are similarly
created according the needs and identity of Dallas.

Dallas has an extensive, and still expanding metrorail, that delivers
you to both airports, and to every city in Dallas and some adjacent
counties, where as Houston does not....

Dallas

TD Jakes Church is there

Houston aint got your bitch ass here though.

Houston....and then Houston! I said this in another thread. IMO, Houston is waaaaaayyyy better than Dallas. Both are nice cities to live in, with each having its own little niche about them. But imo, Houston is for single brothers, Dallas is for married brothers.
