WTF happened to good R&B artists? They must have said fuck making CDs because of bootleggers!

Tre Samuels... Actually started off as a model in Australia, but then he took up singing. Dudes like 19 and super talented. He is also on my Backlog.

He was 13 when he came out with this..

Will Heard.. first came across dude when he sang backing vocals for Rudimental. His ep was one of my favorites for this year.

Now you know why I sit back laughing with Kats talk about there's no R&B out there. You just have to think outside the box and find it and I've gotten really good at spotting hidden talent.

Just trying to get used to this new era sound, is all.

A whole lotta this new stuff just goes right over my head. :dunno:

Mac Ayres has been one of my hidden gems. His album that he just dropped is also part of the back log.

I've actually grown to know Mac over the last two years. I was the first to buy his first album on Bandcamp when he was offering it for free.

I don't listen to new era shit... I see out artist to refuse to use Autotune. They play real instruments or are from outside the US. I find that R&B artists outside the US, put their heart in their music and it shows.

Ayanda Jiya from South Africa... I fucking Love this chick. She has one of the best voices that I've ever heard. Her only problem is that nobody is seeing her in South Africa.

One of my absolute favorites... Mar from Full Crate X Mar. (their EP is also on the backlog.. they dropped a new one)

Side note... Dude is German.
