YOOOOO BLACK TEEN THROWS OLD WHITE LADY IN POOL

Peace,

I'll return to the sentiment in my first post then: FUCK what these cacs think.

I hate when self-conscious black people are foolish enough to believe that the over-reported missteps of some of our people is what is fueling racism. These mfs still think we're three-fifths of a person. You think that's because negroes have a well documented history of throwing random white bitches into bodies of water?
I don't think anything... I said the video will cause some people to hate us even more. Not a self defeated attitude or anything, you're all in your feelings and on a soapbox for nothing actually. Who said anything about being self-conscious? You posed a question and I responded it... any race of people with hatred toward the other will be even more pissed off when they see the source of their hatred disrespecting their own... Your initial sentiment really doesn't mean shit to the flow of that dynamic. You're entitled to your view, and it is pretty much the same view that most of us have, but it doesn't change the commonsense in my response either... It's not rocket science chief...

How will the HOA be responsible for this boy's action? Just curious.
If the HOA is the property owner, they knew or should have known that their was a wild party going on at the facility through reasonable inspection of the property. Assuming the partygoers had rented the facility, it wouldn't be a hard argument to make that the assault was foreseeable given the nature of the event and age of the attendees.

Not "in my feelings" at all. Just stating the obvious. Why would any black person on Earth be concerned about what white people think of us? Only a fool would concern himself with such given our history with them.

So let's just be honest. You were trying to be clever with your first comment, despite the fact that it didn't have shit to do with what I typed, then you doubled down with it. I'm not the jackass in this scenario. That's you.

that doesn't follow logic...

Sigh....

For what reason?

Everything that's coming his way is thoroughly deserved.

For sure he going to grow up quick. I'm not a Lawyer or cop but I see at least 2nd degree Assault and reckless endangerment. Not to mention cruelty to animals if either of the dogs ended up in the pool. If this kid is under 18 he gonna cost his parents a couple of grand in legal fees. If he over 18 he is really fucked even more. Plus you got to figure anybody stupid enough to do this probably already has a record of some type. It would never occur to me at that age to put my hands on anyone like that. Especially an older / elderly woman.

Not at all... you're interpretation was way off and you flew off the handle in an emotional series of posts. Where did I even say I was concerned about what white people thought about us?!?!

Not in your feelings, yet you feel the need to call me out of my name when I didn't disrespect you though right? ...AND, if a person debates you and you don't agree with YOUR MISINTERPRETATION of their response, that makes them a 'jackass'?!?!?! Yeah, you're definitely not in all in your feelings Dude...

You got it man. We don't have a history of beef on here and I'm not about to start anything today. Apologies for calling you a jackass.

This is why the insurance rider for rap concerts is higher than for classical music concerts. Their is a greater propensity for violence at the former. If you (not you, but you know what I mean) can't see that you shouldn't be renting the facility to folks.

The first cause of action off top is negligent security. Throw in basic premise liability with the renters as agents of the HOA. Won't take much.

I don't have a history of beef with you though homie! No doubt, I have had back and forths, BUT, I also give respect where its Dude. Never came at you out of pocket Bruh, even in disagreements on points I've never mixed in... I only fuck around with certain folk because thats the dynamic they offer, and its never series Big Guy... We definitely agree on the not giving a fuck about what CACs think point though, but it doesn't mean that they don't... thats all I was saying Bruh... Peace

Fuck that our youth need to be taught to respect there elders....He shouldn't have put his hands on her under any circumstances.I think if the woman was black he would have done that for attention

These Youngins'!

Basically.

Dude basically did that shit for laughs and giggles. He saw the camera rolling and wanted to perform. Maybe thinking it was a WSHH moment.

The mistake he made was putting his hands on her. That body slam; she's probably not injured, but after she talks to her lawyers, she will be.

All them kids standing around laughing.....only a handful of them were idiots, but I wonder if theyll try to make that some guilty by association type shit.

The problem with Black people is that we don't teach our children (our young people) how white supremacy works and why it exist.

Or, how to handle it when its right in front of your face. The way dude handled that situation basically played into her hands.

Foreseeable criminal act of a third party though?
In a location where both parties had a right to be. How would the presence of a security guard have prevented it?
