I don't know who advised Aries to sue...but it was bad advice long term...he could have come back from this...claimed he was drunk and Zo still couldn't hurt him...but this sue shit? From a dude claiming he real? Big mistake...he gonna have to be fully on that crossover audience shit and White audiences don't accept too many Black comedians at one time...and he has had his chance already so I don't see him beating all the newcomers on the scene...all this does is convince the few remaining people on his side that he a bitch for real

There are so many L's to be thrown around Corey is continually acting hood in a corporate environment (wasn't he the one that did interviews with TMZ? You can't get mad when you been handling snakes and it bites you) and Faries is trying to act corporate in a hood environment. I see Fairies winning, but never working another comedy club (outside of hole in the wall clubs) again or with other comedians (shocked that he was still able to work after that whole Key & Peele blackness dig) And the 5150 show changing formats of taking on "advertisers" and Corey's bookings taking a slight hit.
Do you follow the show? Because it doesn't sound like you do.
They only advertise stuff that they make themselves, or for friends of the show.
Corey acknowledged that it was his own fault that the shit went down with racoon eyes.
He had been trying to get the nigga on the show for weeks because he thought that Aries was the same kind of asshole he is. It wasn't until Aries came to the show that he realized that Aries was full of shit.
He was on some fake street shit, defending the dress shit, flaunting like he make millions a year, Obama dick riding - all the shit Corey doesn't like. If you watch the video of the show, you could see during the course of the show, in Corey's face you could see how disappointed he was with that nigga Fairies.
He didn't even know Aries was doing gay skits on Youtube, the fans pointed that shit out to him after the shit went down.
Also, TMZ isn't a corporate environment. TMZ is a group of scumbags looking to get whatever stories they can get to get hits on their website. Corey and Zo interacted with them to promote the show and clear the air before Aries put the story out there with his little spin on it.
I don't see how you see Aries is winning. He hasn't been relevant since Mad TV. You can see Corey on TV shows and movies, but when was the last time you seen Aries in anything?
Aries could sue, but he wouldn't win because everything he did before the fight was on camera. How he physically and verbally provoked Zo for 2 hours.
Also, suing would make him an even bigger bitch in the "streets" he adores so much, because that ain't what street niggas do.

Corey is on shows and movies, but is it anything that brings serious paper or major roles? So assaulted a guest on the show he appears on whatever amount Fairies is seeking, he is going to win it.
