Delores. Continuing with the themes of layers, she's just all over the place BUT listening to Arnold who clearly planted a seed to get her to destroy the park. She communicated with him on the day he died, Ford more than likely killed him for a reason yet to be revealed.
Ford is probably the evil one honestly. But Delores is rewriting her own story.. reclaiming her own life.. which is in essence making her a real person, which, is not good news for anyone at the park.
Ol boy finally grew some balls and they were beating the fuck out of the douche oh well.
Ford has ultimate control in the park like I was alluding to last time. He can start, stop, pause and control every single thing in there because its his world. It easily explains everything about him in there so no need to really dig deeper about that. He thinks it, it happens.
MIB is an old friend who's played every game, knows the company and is searching for that final level. Like I assumed it was all boredom. Describing the way people live outside of the park, he is searching for his purpose and meaning and if its to destroy the park and be the bad guy then so be it. Ford is more than happy to have him try because for the past 34 years it's been stale as fuck.

And yes he is some rich guy who owns some medical company, two episodes ago one of the guests was trying to thank him because his company or product saved their sister's life and MIB shut him up and told him he doesn't want to hear that shit. I doubt he owns any of West World, he is probably just as rich as Anthony Hopkin's character so they let him do what he wants

I agree with you on this..... I also think that even though he is saying that he is the villain, I really do think that in the end.... In his story he views himself as the hero, because he is going to set everyone free.

Nobody doing what they're doing sees themselves as the villain. Everyone does it for the right purpose in their mind.
He thinks bringing what he's searching for to the game will make the entire experience better.

I guess in the end the host will find out that their "life" is all bullshit and there will be a big rebellion and the game is for the MIB to set them free of some sort... While Westworld has mainly captivated its viewers with its seemingly limitless mysteries (although the occasional orgy scene hasn’t hurt), the show’s real strength is in its characters, and the fabulous actors portraying them. And no one the show is more captivating than Sir Anthony Hopkins as Dr. Robert Ford.


To demonstrate this, Nerdwriter dissects a scene from episode four that plays out between Ford and the Westworld park’s operations lead, Theresa Cullen (Sidse Babett Knudsen). Hopkins’ pacing is exquisite, particularly when it comes to showing Ford’s emotions. Throughout the conversation, he shifts easily between charm, condescension, and menace. Even his pauses—which are measured and poignant—slowly reveal his god complex, intimidating Theresa.

Hopkins’ secret is, apparently, obsessive study. Nerdwriter notes that the actor is known to read scripts hundreds of times until their recitation becomes automatic, allowing him to immerse himself so deeply in the role that he’s able to tweak moments on the fly.

Regardless of whether or not the show ever answers its many, many mysteries—and how satisfying those answers might or might not be—Westworld will remain a stupendous vehicle for some very talented actors.

also consider -why did Bernards wife make a point that communication to the park is very difficult (hard to get a line there)?
