Not sure why, but every time I see this chick wrestle, I get weirdly turned on.

– Jim Cornette gave the following statement to Pwinsider.com, regarding Kevin Owens’ WWE Universal title win on last night’s Raw…

“Well, first off, it doesn’t matter to me personally because unless Owens is wrestling The Revival sometime soon, I’m not going to see his matches as I don’t watch Raw, but I am thrilled for him and his fans and anyone who enjoys his work in the ring. The one thing I will admit that I was wrong on with both Owens and El Generico/Sami Zayn is that I never thought they would change, but they did and for the better – they just weren’t going to change for what they were being paid by Ring of Honor! [Laughs] I’ve had a lot of people go after me on Twitter today but the reality is that we put the belt on Kevin Steen for a year in Ring of Honor and there was a reason for that. But, he’s won a title I don’t care about on a show I don’t watch, so it doesn’t effect me personally, but I am happy for him, his fans, his family and anyone that wants to see him succeed.”

Cornette also told the site that he would be addressing the win and the messages he has received from fans on Twitter during his next podcast.

The folks at the WWE have added a little more #BlackGirlMagic to their roster. 25-year-old Crossfit banger and track star Bianca Blair has signed a development deal according toSquareCircleSirens.

The pretty brown thang impressed the WWE brass in two separate 2015 tryouts in Orlando and at the Arnold Classic.

Easy on the eyes, hard in the ring, flip the page to see Bianca doin’ her thing…

Based on her look and athletic background the wwe may have a winner.

Hopefully she had the charisma and picks it up quick enough to excel.

I thought Smackdown had been consistently better than Raw since the spilt but I'd have to give the edge to Raw this week. Not by much mind you. It's damn near a photo finish, but what are they doing with the Miz? He cut a great promo last week and people have been talking about it for a week. And they open the show with him coming out and spitting fire. And then end the segment with him backing down from Ziggler while the crowd chants "coward." They lucky I didn't just cut the TV off right there.
I would rank Raw even higher but they've got to cut that 3rd hour. The 3 hour super show barely made sense before the slipt and it's just plain fucking stupid now.

I don't think that WWE thought Miz promo on D Bryan would get over like it did. They still want to keep Bryan's popularity intact. If they measured Bryan's pop it would still possibly be one of the loudest. Instead of having Dolph come out and call Miz a coward they should have tried to turn Miz's popularity after last week's promo into some nuclear heel heat.

Raw will give you 1 or 2 good segments, decent to good matches and a bunch of shit in the middle. That Old Day segment was just...........:smh:

Gallows and Anderson should be booked as more NWO and less DX.

I don't really appreciate the Sasha Banks segments. We've had too many major people who have gotten injured and had to walk away. Just two weeks ago Finn had to hand over the title. I don't like them using a emotional goodbye type speech as a promo swerve. And did you noticed that the first thing Sasha did when she got out of the ring was grab and hold her lower back. :smh:

And I completely agree with you chrislee about Gallows and Anderson. I want them to stop joking around and start destroying people. No talking, no joking, no bullshit. Just show up, wreck shop, and leave. It's been a while since we had a monster tag team.

Cody Rhodes Heading To TNA

His first feud already revealed?

Over the past few months, we've seen top free agents Moose and Damien Sandow join TNA, and now it looks like Cody Rhodes will soon be joining them.

Dave Meltzer reportedly spoke with Cody at PWG's Battle of Los Angles this weekend, and has learned that the former WWE star is planning on working for both TNA and ROH, but not being under contract to either company.

The plan is for Cody to feud with Mike Bennett, who was one of the names on his list for talent he'd planned on wrestling once free from WWE. Brandi Rhodes may also be joining him for a bit, and possibly engage in a mini-feud with current Knockouts Champion Maria.

Getting Cody into TNA for any amount of time is a great get for the company. With Dixie Carter out of the picture, Billy Corgan needs to work hard to re-establish goodwill to the hundreds of thousands of fans who have quit watching over the years.

By bringing in three top free agents recently, and continuing with the buzz they've received from The Hardys, hopefully they can regain some of their lost momentum.
