I promise you when i first saw the allegations i KNEW it was a situation like that.. KNEW it.... the law is so often misapplied to wrongfully convict black youth and throw them into the system... And Louisiana is NOTORIOUS for doing just that.

That's the law listed in the registry. If you can read law you can see what the case is. If he was a "real" pedo he definitely would have not been let go without restrictions.
