It's CHESS not checkers and a lot of dudes don't get this and burn the bridge while empowering the female to go full Ratchet mode on them. I'll chime in why level head i very important in these scenarios. paternity test now requires both parents to be tested along with the baby, I don't know of anyone who has ever gotten that done during the birth process and the hospitalization afterwards which is basically 3 days. During those 3 days that chick will come around asking whatever male in the room to sign the birth certificate and assume paternal rights. Not signing is a whole other problem especially if dudes done fucked up the "peace process" and trying to get name on it AFTER the fact will be a chore but no name, no rights without expensive court fight and she can go wherever she like with the children if dude not on certificates.
