I don't think he would feel used, but he may have the blinders off and see her for the dangerous and coldly calculating person she is, beyond the protection of her family. Before, most everything she did could be seen as to protect or benefit the family. After seeing the destruction she has caused, he may decide she needs to be taken out for the greater good. I think it will depend on what she does next.

Someone speculated she was being cold when she said to burn Tommen and spread his ashes near where the rest of the family was buried, but if she didn't care about his welfare, she wouldn't have instructed the Mountain to stop him from leaving and he would have been killed with everyone else. So I think she is grieving, but she is resigned to her fate. I think that if she continues to act out by going on the warpath with senseless killings and violence, not as a means to an end or strategy to shield or advance/benefit the fam, Jaime would have no choice but to stop her. I wonder if he would stop at killing her, or make it a murder/suicide so he doesn't have to live without her.

I agree. Sansa has been though a lot and is learning to play the game. When LF tried to make a move she put her hands on his chest like "pump ya brakes nigga". She told Jon no one should trust LF. Also, don't forget it was his ass who gave her up to the Bolton's. I think she's on some "keep your enemies closer" shit to turn things around on him.
