Scary and surprising stat - Cavs missed 28 shots from point blank range.

Yep... that's why I say if there was ever a game for them to steal it was that one. Think on this, if they made HALF of the close shot they missed, they win by 13... I know it has to burn LeBron up that overall his team came up smedium in THAT game. LeBron didn't have his best game, but he did enough to put them in a position to win if he had a little more help... Now, not only is his team going to have to regroup, but they may have to play above themselves because it's doubtful that both Curry and Klay are going to play ass like that in the same game again. Plus, LeBron basically said they focused on stopping them, but now they realize that their supporting cast is more than enough to carry the team if those two are struggling, so they have to be respected...

The adjustments are on Lue and his supporting cast though... He's going to do what he does, the others just have to step up...

Big difference between Kerr and Lue in coaching and the tools they have at their disposal. There was a period of time when Lebron would run the pick and roll and get Barbosa on him. They ran it twice. First time was successful. Second time, Iggy switched on him. Next dead ball, Barbosa was out the game. On the flip, after a timeout, Klay came in and ran the pick and role with Draymond on one of the Cav guards and one of their bigs, can't remember which one. They killed them on that play. Kerr recognizes mismatches and has the tools to attack them. It's a question if Lue sees any mismatches and if he has the means by which to exploit them. I keep saying it, matchup-wise, this series does not favor the Cavs.

At this rate, I'll be surprised if CLE gets a win. How the fuck did GS get so much lane time? Mufuckas was shopping: aisle 3. Damn.:smh:

That's cool, but he's still 2-5 in the championship round, right? The only finals they ever came back in was against OKC, right? I picked GS in 7, but we shall see.

next so called fan or talking head that says...

they hate Lebron because of his tattoos?

You can go head and throw your drink in they face.

The one thing about a lot of LeBron's records and history is, he always seems to come up short of finishing shit! He will have a lot of records, due to either productivity or just playing a lot longer than most players, so that will skew a lot of the true value of those records... I really hope he wins a few more titles because ultimately, he will always have his positives countered by the fact that he has major issues closing the deal... I don't have a dog in this fight but I am genuinely pulling for him to win this series, and at least get the monkey off of his back for a little while...

If he loses this one too, the whispers about him not being a true winner and a closer are going to start growing louder and louder, and he's not getting any younger so at some point just from sheer age and mileage his productivity will start to fade... Sand is slowly running out of the hour glass for him...

Still A LOT of series to be played bruh... LeBron is good for at least one win himself... He willed hem to 2 last year with a bum ass squad..

Yeah but a great coach can analyze and come up with solutions to that. I really believe OKC outmatched GS, but Kerr knew how to 'coach' around those disadvantages. OKC had advantages inside, with Durant, etc but it was negated by the dumb ass way Donovan used them, especially Westbrook defensively. Having him chase Curry destroyed his stamina late in that series, which explains why he got roasted so much late in games and why he shot such a horrible percentage in those same games... Your legs go, so does your shot and this fool was missing layups late in the series that would have been highlight reel dunks early in the series...

The Cavs have the personnel to challenge GS, they just don't have the coach. I personally believe Blatt would be better suited for this moment than Lue... But they made an emotional firing and it is coming back to haunt them. The made it this far inspite of Lue, AND it didn't hurt having to see the Pistons, Hawks and Raptors along the way....

That was last yr, both of teams are different this yr than last yr. Warriors are confident and more experience.....well cavs really not that different, they just got all their players for this series.

If anyone who claims to be a NBA fan or talking head when explaining

WHY they like Curry MORE than Lebron?

and says something to the effect of...

"Well Steph LOOKS like a kid who lives on your block"

(implying that dark skinned tall black kids don't live in they hood and if they DID they wouldn't like them or want them around their children)

Immediately stomp on their right foot.

repeatedly.

This actually makes this years CAVS a lot more different from last years team than the Warriors are from last years team.

I wasn't sure who I was going to be rooting for prior to game 1 because I'd like to see each team win for different reasons. However, I found myself rooting for the Cavs once the game started. Although LeBron can be annoying with his passive aggressive shade throwing, I really want to see him win a title for Cleveland. I also feel like LeBron was the MVP of last year's finals. I know he couldn't be awarded the MVP title because his team didn't win, but he played his ass off that series. He was by far the best and most valuable individual player in last year's finals. I feel that if LeBron can duplicate his efforts from last year, the Cavs will win because he has more of a supporting cast this year. So even though the Cavs are down a game, I'm picking the Cavs to win the series.

What you fail to realize is that it doesnt matter how LBJ plays; Cavs defense is whats going to do them in; there other 2 best offensive players are terrible on defense; Frye is terrible on defense; JR isnt that good on defense and dude is mentally weak; TT is a liability when hes in the game; they just dont match up well; and again GS will get whatever they want..
Exactly.

Scoring will never be the issue. The problem will continue to be defensive stops.

NBA made it easy for him to breeze easy in the east conference playoffs every year.

He needs way more help tho
Funny thing is, he goes to Miami, and loses two finals, and now, every team he gets to the finals with, when they start losing, all of a sudden he needs more help... They were good enough to get there though... Maybe his 'makes everyone around him' better theory is overrated, and maybe the common theme is, him... So, is it just his help, or when does HE should some of the blame for his loses... Dude is a great player, maybe one of the top 3 I've personally seen play, but this unlimited plea coppin gets ridiculous sometimes... Not saying YOU do it, but its ALWAYS everybodys fault but his.. Last night, he disappeared in key stretches, went 2-9 when he was guarded by Iggy and Green, and was a non factor when GS bench made their run... A Non Factor...

Its funny how, a certain bitch niggas default whenever LeBron takes an L is to try to slant shit about Jordan though!?! Its hilarious... I have really never come across someone so pathetically in love with another man in my life! LeBron is playing against and Losing to GS, but Dude literally gets beside himself and defends Dude like a jealous girlfriend and shit!! I finally broke down and put that clown on ignore... I can't watch a person who obviously needs serious professional help melt down like this and there are going to be A LOT of opportunities for this guy to go into jealous girlfriend mode in this series... I feel sorry for him, and that is with all sincerity I say that shit... :smh:
