Mannie, quick question... did Jordans 72 win team ever get handed a 30 piece, cole slaw and biscuit in a conference finals (or anywhere else)? Im just asking, i cant remember...
Nigga pooh ain't never get 30 pieces in no damn conference finals

All them heat games was 7 points or below.

This team STINKS!

Like I said

This ain't nick calathis, delladova and prigioni

The year Ray Allen hit the big shot in game 6 against the Spurs the Heat in game 3 lost by 31 in SA..

You know ninjas don't like history lmaoo

One game doesn't mean that much..but the Warriors also don't look like the same team in the playoffs. I think they're gassed.. they pushed really hard to get those 73 wins. They can't (or aren't) amping it up another level like they were in the regular season.

I think they'll win game 4 and it will be close. I'm not confident in the Thunder, yet. They're too inconsistent...but this Thunder team is also not the same one from the regular season. I don't know what happened to these muthafuckas but they're definitely peaking at the right time.

NBA fines Dwane Casey, suspends Dahntay Jones 1 game

TORONTO -- Raptors coach Dwane Casey was fined $25,000 for his criticism of the officiating, and Cleveland Cavaliers guardDahntay Jones was suspended for Game 4 for his low blow on Bismack Biyombo.

The NBA announced the fine and suspension on Sunday.

Casey repeatedly referenced a disparity in foul calls during the Eastern Conference finals following the Raptors' 99-84 Game 3 win. The Raptors have been called for 73 personal fouls compared to the Cavaliers' 46 fouls in three games.

"I'm not trying to get anybody. It's over with," Casey said Sunday when asked about the officiating. "I said what I had to say last night. I'm not trying to send a message. It was a comment about the game last night, and it's over with."

Jones struck Biyombo in the groin on the final possession of the game, with 17.6 seconds left. Biyombo was doubled over in pain on the floor in front of the Cavs bench even after the game ended.

"I got hit in an area that I wasn't supposed to get hit on, or a private area, so to speak," Biyombo said after Game 3. "Whenever the league has a chance, they probably want to take a look at that. That's all I can say on that one."

"It is what it is, man," Jones told ESPN.com before the Cavs shootaround Monday morning. "Can't get too upset about it. It's unfortunate, but it is what it is."

Jones said he was interviewed by the league as part of their investigation into the incident.

"They asked me what happened and I explained what happened and they told me it was a unanimous decision that I did it with intent, even though I didn't look," Jones said to ESPN.com.

Jones said the team was prepared to move past it.

"My teammates have all regarded it as just nonsense, but we won't let it distract us from what our overall goal is," Jones said to ESPN.com. "We'll sweep this under the rug and just proceed as if it's a normal business day."

LeBron James was asked about in incident involving Draymond Green and Steven Adams and alluded to Jones' suspension in his answer.

"I don't really have an opinion on it and you didn't ask me my opinion on Dahntay's play, so I definitely won't give my opinion on Draymond's," James said.

I think GS will be fine however they have to play possession by possession and get the rebounds because honestly that's been the difference so far is rebounding... Russ and KD they will get theirs but them other niggas b OKC are not trust worthy and then shooting almost 60% as a team that game they ain't doing that shit again..

I still have GS in 6

It's an effort thing with GS...

The absurdity of Draymond's kick to the groin.

Draymond's kick impacting West finals -- and beyond?

Draymond Green's worst game might prevent him from playing another, as the league considers his fate. The Thunder throttled the Warriors in Game 3, a result currently overshadowed by this bizarre, high-leverage situation. Perhaps a surging Oklahoma City wins this series with or without a Green suspension, but there exists the possibility that a Western Conference finals and subsequent championship gets swung by something as absurd as an interpretation of whether a man intended to hit another man in the nethers.

This is a point on which reasonable people can agree: We don't actually know whether Green meant to kickSteven Adams in the groin. Some are convinced, based on the replay footage, that Green was aiming. Others are convinced, based on the replay footage, that this was incidental contact, incurred as Green was flailing for a foul. Only Green truly knows what his intentions were, and that puts the NBA's legislative body in an uncomfortable position (though a position likely far more comfortable than Adams' pose with 5:57 remaining in the first half).

It appears to be a situation where one's allegiances dictate perspective, with the Thunder and Warriors equally adamant in their conflicting interpretations. Golden State coach Steve Kerr went so far as to state that the initial flagrant foul should be rescinded. "This stuff happens all the time," Kerr said. "[Russell] Westbrook kicks his feet out on every 3, and there is contact. I mean, that's just part of the game. So I don't understand how that can be deemed a flagrant 1. I think it should be rescinded."

Westbrook, referencing a Game 2 play where a Eurostep by Green ended in Adams doubled over, believed otherwise, saying, "That's two times in the last two games. I don't think you can keep [hitting] somebody in their private areas." Somewhat predictably, Green, with his voice quavering a touch more than usual, professed innocence. Again, he's the only one who knows the truth, but of course, he's an unreliable narrator.

Dahntay Joneswas suspended, so Draymond Green must be suspended

The Cleveland Cavaliers' Dahntay Jones, a player whom Green once characterized as someone who "don't play," has been suspended from Game 4 of the East finals because of possibly accidental contact with Bismack Biyombo's groin. The reigning idea is that Jones' suspension equals precedent for Green's and that you can't punish them any differently.

This line of logic completely ignores how the punishments aren't close to similar. By merely suspending Jones, the NBA was doing him a massive favor. (They could have fined him, for instance). Jones only participates in garbage time, meaning the NBA is making a decision Tyronn Lue would make anyway.

Not only that, but given Jones' particular salary situation, a suspension results in an $80.17 fine. That's not a typo. The upshot of all this is that Jones is out 80 bucks.

Warriors coach Steve Kerr agrees with the assertion that Draymond Green's kick to the groin of Thunder player Steven Adams was an accident and said the forward's flagrant foul 1 wasn't valid

A common argument today is that an All-Star should miss an important Western Conference finals game because a 12th man in another series ultimately suffered the cost of a parking ticket. Jones' 80-dollar loss might indirectly decide the championship. While reasonable people can certainly make the case that punishments shouldn't depend on a player's status, a player's status certainly informs the gravity of punishment.

Even if this argument is understandable, its practical application is absurd, especially when you consider that Cleveland would likely prefer playing the Thunder in the NBA Finals. Basically, the Cavs might get a favorable outcome from another series because their 12th man was punished for what only costs him $80.

Absurdity 2: This is Draymond's 2nd strike
Another rhetorical arrow aimed at Green is the notion that he's done this before. This is Westbrook's, "That's two times in the last two games" argument. The idea is that Game 2's knock to Adams' groin implicates Green, that it increases the chance that he's guilty in Game 3. In other words, this is a pattern.

This is also absurd. While reasonable people can certainly believe Green's Game 3 kick to be intentional, it's ridiculous to make the same claim about Game 2. The Game 2 incident happened with Green running full speed while completing a Eurostep that resulted in a made floater. While NBA players are incredible athletes, nobody is good enough to cloak a knee to the groin within a sprinting Eurostep and made shot, in the heat of a competitive playoff game. Green might be a legendary troll, but he's not a wizard. If he is to be suspended for something, it should be Game 3 and Game 3 alone.

Absurdity 3: We might be talking about this for years

The 2007 San Antonio Spurs were likely better than the 2007 Phoenix Suns, and yet, the ridiculous suspensions the Suns suffered echo across time. Why? Because, like the intent of Green's kick, we'll never actually know if the Spurs were better. When then-commissioner David Stern suspended Amar'e Stoudemire andBoris Diaw for (understandably) leaving the bench, he effectively ended that playoff series. What followed was the least-watched Finals in the network era and years of recriminations out of Phoenix. In short, many angry fans and a nadir in league popularity.

That would be an unfortunate outcome to replicate, especially since it seems Oklahoma City might be wholly capable of winning this series sans help. They absolutely obliterated the Warriors in Game 3, killing Golden State's vaunted "Death Lineup." While Thunder players will gladly take a Green suspension if the league offers, the irony is that this particular advantage might end up robbing them of rightful credit.

In any event, this whole scenario is a reminder of how deliciously ludicrous sports can be, and how a whole season might turn on something as crazy as the disputed intent behind something that looks like an "America's Funniest Home Videos" clip. The NBA will make its call, and everyone will have to live with the results.

Also, if the Warriors end up losing after one of their All-Stars gets suspended, they might be bitter, but not entirely free of blame. With sloppy play in Game 1 and porous transition defense in Game 3, they've put themselves in a position where something like this can happen. Not only that, but Green has been pushing the boundaries -- he's currently not far from earning a suspension based on technicals and flagrants alone.

Now the Warriors await their fate, shortly before the most important game of their season. Perhaps they could have avoided this risky situation, but here they are. It's the height of sports absurdity: After chasing history en route to 73 wins, the Warriors might need the NBA to assume that what happened in Draymond Green's head had nothing to do with what happened to Steven Adams' groin.

Why ppl worried about green ? - curry is the undisputed reigning mvp and greatest player in the world -they have the award winning coach - last years final mvp - this should be a easy come back after all gs didn't lose 2 games back to back all reg season - and as draymond would say - " this is fun" Beside that overrated guard Westbrook can't possibly have another almost triple double type game
