Marvel Just Screened Captain America: Civil War, and the Initial Reviews Are Great

It's because DC is like Apple and Marvel is like Samsung. People are going to critique everything about the DC movies because they have two, if not three, of the most well-known superheroes. People are holding them to higher expectations and have silly-ass "childhood nostalgia" feelings about them, especially Superman. Outside of Spider-Man and maybe the Hulk, most of the Marvel characters are unknown to non-comic book geeks. No expectations for them. Not to mention, most of the Marvel movies have been garbage. All of the Ironman and Thor movies, all of the (earlier) Hulk movies, the first Captain America, and both Avengers movies. None of these get subjected to the same scrutiny as the DC movies.
Or Batman v Superman was wack

aunt may doing pilates...leg cocked behind her head??????

I ain't gon front this show was off the fucking charts. One of the best Marvel movies so far. The action and fighting was sick! Im definitely going to see again.

So its the fans fault?

The comic book nerds are putting out some good reviews.

I folded on Deadpool and Batman vs SM. I never went to go see them. Havent seen them online either. Quickly lost interest after I read reviews, saw clips etc etc.

Im still trying to go see something at the theater, for the first time in over two years, before I go see X men in a few weeks. I think this may be my moment!!!! :hmm:

Man I hated Tony Stark in the comic CIVIL WAR story line but I kinda got his reasoning in this flic...even tho he was still an asshole goin about shit. But man when he saw what Bucky did and found out Cap knew too...I was wit him after that. I woulda killed both them mufuckas. At the same time I was like damn Cap is RIDE OR FUCKIN DIE for his boy. You just gotta admire that shit.

I have to agree with you

I dont think the majority of them (marvel movies) were good.

Most dont have any replay value either

So what u sayin issssssssss....It's not because DC made a shitty product, it's because they're more scrutinized? If Avengers was more "scrutinized" it wouldn'ta made all that money huh?

Don't take the bait dude. Leave that alone.

Just go to the music forums and read his wack ass album reviews, I think that fool is trolling at this point.

Ol 2 gig mp3 player having ass, dude keeping 2 and 3 tracks from an album and shit

I swear I have watched Guardians alone 10 times. No matter how shitty any of them are I will sit and watch for a while on tv.

When the trailer for the first Iron Man dropped, my wife saw it and was like "who's gonna see a movie about a guy in a metal suit?" Now, whenever a Marvel movie is on TV, she will stop and watch it or record it. I swear we got Avengers on the DVR about 3 times now. lol

Just came back from seeing it...best superhero movie ever

Black Panther and Spider Man stole the show

Marvel did a great job with Black Widow

Ant Man was funny ass fuck

My favorite part was when Iron Man said does anyone have any hidden powers, after Ant Man became a giant..

Marvel really outdone themselves this time

All I have to say is that DC better hope Suicide Squad and Wonder Woman don't fail.....

tony is the fucking cause of ultron. which was a major point leading to civil war. but i felt tony on that shit shit with bucky. and you gotta cap for riding for his boy.

that final revelation/ensuing fight was nothing short of epic...seemed like cap was fighting harder for bucky than starks was for his parents

I don't understand, how anyone could blame the Avengers what happened in New York. And,if anyone who needed to be in checked,it is Tony, because like you said he was the one,who created Ultron and yet the world government was asking the Avengers to sign some law.

What I find funny is that Tony and his dad are known to make weapons that can killed people, but they get slaps on the wrist.

that's the funny shit.

that's the american way. filthy rich assholes that had big contracts with government for defense purposes. they not going to fuck with tony. tony plays the game. cap is non trusting of government , especially after what happen in "the winter soldier".

MCU films are set up the way the Wu Tang Clan albums were released back in the day. The solo joints were mini Wu albums and better than the actual group effort. Winter Soldier and Civil War are the "Only Built for Cuban Links" and "Liquid Swords" of the MCU, to the Avengers (36 Chambers) and Age of Ultron (Wu Tang Forever)...

That not good for Avengers: Infinity Wars. This means we're getting the W and Iron Flag.

I think it has more to do with more Russo Brothers and less Joss Weldon setting the creative direction of phase 3.

There was a reason Marvel tapped them for Infinity Wars, which will be getting a new name soon.

Marvel also listens to their fans and have learned from their mistakes (The Mandarin) and not restisted change

I touched on that in my review IMO cap and bucky are like childhood friends who grew apart.

Cap got a new life and good friend in Falcon. All of a sudden he hears his old pal in town and done told Falcon all this great shit about him and they go looking for him.

After finally catching up with dude Falcon like :hmm:
