BGOL Fit: Who is juicing and do you use the Ninja Blender or NutriBullet?

i got a ninja 900

i blend raw meal organic shake, some almond or coconut milk, frozen fruit, and spiraling powder and peanut butter powder.

when I place the powder substances in the cup first it never blends it up correctly and it can get noisy.

also it comes with 3-4 cup sizes but only 1 blade attachment

I use a vitamix. Destroys anything you put in. Keeps the fiber from fruits and veggies too. Smoothies for the kids... Great way to sneak it in if your kids are picky.

aight, i go grocery shopping twice a month. for my smoothies/juices i buy i bunch of bananas. Cut them up in slices and freeze them. The frozen stuff i buy is blueberries, mangos, strawberries, mixed berries, pineapples and raspberries. When i make a smoothie, i put in a vegetable, like kale or spinach. Not a lot, just a handful. When you add your fruit, it shouldnt be too much. Like 5 banana slices, a handful of two other fruits. If you choose to use more fruits, each should be less than a handful, try to avoid going past the line. Add in your dry stuff (granola, oats, cinnamon, flax seeds, walnuts). Then add a teaspoon of peanut butter, almond butter or honey. Like i said, you can mix and match. Add your protein powder is needed. Last, add your liquid. The blender is very powerful. If your drink comes out too thick, drink a little of it, or just take some out and put it aside for later. Add more liquid and mix again.

Two weeks of fruit runs me about no more than $30. I dont drink them everyday though. Whatever fruit you dont plan on using right away, buy the frozen version.
I cosign this..tho I sometimes go pass the line and drink some and continue to blend.

I use nutri-bullet. It's a good investment. When I'm too lazy to chew, it's a good substitute.

The main recipie I use post-work out:

A couple of organic strawberries, blue berries, avocados, strips of pineapple and organic milled flaxseeds.

Good for the skin and protein. DO NOT use protein powder. That's just my personal advice.

Oh and watermelon too but I tend to eat that separately rather than use it in my nutri-bullet. It's 92% water and good for rehydration after a workout.

Nutribullet comes with a blade just for turning stuff into powder.

yeah I was thinking about the vitamix but couldn't bring myself to spend so much on a blender
wife and I make post workout smoothies and/or breakfast smoothies constantly and would go through lil cheap ass Hamilton beach and Osters frequently so I copped a Ninja.

It's been great, blends really fast and mad durable.

99 from the store , but they have an updated one thats more powerful for the same price, yes you can use frozen fruit, it was expensive at first cause i didnt know what i was doing and was putting too much shit in it, and sometimes the fruit would go bad, but you can freeze the fruits and veggies, i got the nutra bullet like in the video
