Can someone explain the context of this situation? I see one guy got hit in the leg from the first car. Was that the cops in the SUV? Ol boy held that heater like he's done it before. Did they fire into the second car? I'm confused.....

You are too caught up with the word gang...Chicago is an organized gang city but some of the most violent cities are crew cities...when DC was murder capital it was a crew city....Detroit is a crew city....Bmore has gangs now but has traditionally been a crew city...shit, based off what I hear from Chicago natives, Chicago almost operates like a crew city now since all the bosses been shipped off and the young dudes are just doing their own thing...you are acting like Chicago wouldn't be crazy if it wasn't for all the organized gangs...Chicago would still be crazy if it was just neighborhood crews doing their thing
