Monday, March 7
The Tennessee Titans are expected to complete a trade for Murray when the new league year starts on Wednesday, according to ESPN'sAdam Schefter.

Running back DeMarco Murray followed up his league-leading 1,845 rushing yards in 2014 for the Dallas Cowboys with a disappointing 2015 for the Philadelphia Eagles. He reportedly won’t get the chance to prove last year was a fluke to Eagles fans in 2016.

According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, the Tennessee Titans are “finalizing” a deal to acquire Murray. Schefter said the trade is “expected to be complete” Wednesday.

 Eagirls are a fucking mess. But i'll give them credit for being willing to eat up the cap space for Maxwell, Demarco and the rest of that shit they trying to get rid of. This is insane. Its laughable how shitty that organization has been ran since Chip got there and now he's gone and they trying to clean up his mess.

I like this for the Titans.

The only problem is they don't have a offensive line. But if they get two years ago Demarco....he should be good for them.

I thought the Titans HAD to trade down in this draft so they could get Elliot. You can't have a young quarterback out there with no running game or offensive line. But when you have that #1 pick and you already have a quarterback its almost mandatory for teams to draft a linemen.

But this move gets you your running back. This move sets you up that you don't have to rely on Murray if he flops. Low risk high reward. Well, depending on what they gave up. I wouldn't give up more than a 5th rounder for a dude who played like he did last year.

Howie, I've never said -- thought a bad thing about you. I love your Stewie from Family guy impersonation.

Oh, that's your real voice?

But this works. This allows us to either draft ol' boy as our number 1 and move Lewan to the Right tackle or get a veteran free agent. Man if we can somehow get Alex Mack, I fucking do cartwheels and I might end up dying. Shit just got real.

It's mutherfucking popping bottles time.....

I've been a fan of this organization my entire life. Starting back in the Lova Blue days and I can attest that they NEVER EVER do this shit. Jon "Fucking" Robinson for president of the world. Dude has come in and is handling business.

Bud is probably sitting up where ever he is throwing these to Jerry Jones. He would have fucking loved this.

Now I just read that they are finalizing a new deal. Hopefully they aren't going to break the bank, but it looks like running back is no longer a concern for us in the draft.

Fam, don't count on it. Like I said to Eagles fans last year, you better open holes for Murray, or you'll want to run him out of town this time next year.

I gotta be honest man I don't know the love fest behind teams feeling like once they draft the quarterback they gotta draft the left tackle the next year lol. I get it. You want to protect his blind side. But shit the value of left tackles in this league are INSANE. Probably because most of them are top 10 picks lol. You not finding no dominant undrafted free agent left tackle lol.

They gonna learn man. I'm shocked Titans traded for Murray to be honest. I thought he was gonna get cut anyway lol. I would've rather took my shot at trying to sign him then.

Man I just need a minute to enjoy this. This team never does this shit. This is the equivalent of getting rejected by 50 basic bitches your entire life and then one night... You wake up, put a little gel in your hair, change the wardrobe and demand people take notice. This team has always acted like that little quiet bitch who is afraid to dance and all of a sudden we are in the center of the party.

Eagles trading DeMarco Murray to Titans

The Tennessee Titans were finalizing a deal Monday to trade for Philadelphia Eagles running back DeMarco Murray.

Murray's agents confirmed the move on Twitter.

The trade is expected to be completed when the new league year begins Wednesday and, according to a source, is expected to involve draft-pick compensation.

Murray was given permission to find a trade partner, and he identified and sought out Tennessee, which he thought to be a good fit and an exciting opportunity, according to one person who knows Murray.

Murray's agent, Bill Johnson, spent recent days helping to work out the deal with Tennessee.

Johnson and Titans officials felt comfortable enough Monday night that the trade now is expected to be officially completed Wednesday.

They had to give up picks for this. How do you lose your starting RB 2 years in a row. I wonder how Philly fans are feeling about this. Shit I would've loved to see him in NY. We haven't had a decent RB in over a decade

I hope that it's just a 4th or a 5th and not multiple picks. I don't see them giving up multiple picks for this though. We have way to many holes across the board.

Y'all remember last year when we told It is what It Is that Demarco wasn't gonna do shit in Philly without our offensive line and he told us we were hating and we didn't know what we were talking about? Now watch....a year later he's gonna be telling Titans fans how Demarco aint' shit.

Y'all shouldn't have traded SHIT. Demarco was trash last year. He was the #3 running back on the Eagirls. His contract is INSANE. The fact that y'all took his contract on should be enough lol. Y'all shouldn't have to give up shit. If Howie got a 4th he fleeced y'all.

Titans to acquire RB DeMarco Murray from Eagles

DeMarco Murray's rocky tenure with the Philadelphia Eagles is suddenly over.

NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport reported Monday that the Tennessee Titans will acquire the former NFL rushing champion from the Eagles in a trade. The terms of the deal have yet to be disclosed.

ESPN's Adam Schefter first reported the move, which won't become official until Wednesday.

Murray altered his contract to accommodate the trade, but he did not lose his $21 million in guaranteed money, per Rapoport, according to a source informed of the deal.

News of Murray's trade comes on the same daythe Eagles traded linebacker Kiko Alonso and cornerback Byron Maxwell to the Dolphins. Dealing away Murray is the boldest announcement yet by general manager Howie Roseman that the Eagles fully intend to completely wipe away the Chip Kelly era in Philadelphia.

Murray led the league with 1,845 yards and 13 touchdowns with the Cowboys in 2014, earning NFL Offensive Of The Year honors. He parlayed that into a five-year, $40 million contract -- including $20 million guaranteed -- with the Eagles last March. But Murray was unable to carry the magic over from Dallas. He didn't seem to bring to Philly the same burst and he slumped to just 702 yards on 3.6 yards per attempt in an offense that didn't suit is running style.

Obviously, the Titans are banking on last year being an anomaly. Murray, 28, gives second-year quarterback Marcus Mariota a starting running back who can handle a big workload in Mike Mularkey's "exotic smashmouth" attack. With Murray in the fold, there is even more reason to think the Titans will use their first-round pick -- currently No. 1 overall -- on improving their woeful offensive line.

what are the f*cking Eagles doing?

where that fat brother Eagles fan who goes ballistic in his room on youtube at?

In Howie we Trust Nigga! Gonna grab some picks in this draft, deal with the OLine and RB, maybe even pick a QB... Plus these deals open up space to resign Fletcher Cox!!! I'm good with this shit, who knows, Murray may be washed or only have a good year or two left anyway! Dallas ran the tires off that boy!!
