Nike has been increasing the amount of shoes produced for the past 2-3 years.
With the price increase and more being made the sneaker reseller market is slowly starting to die off.
Restocks have become pretty common place as well as Jordan's showing up in Nike outlets.
Not sure what took them so long to do this but it's starting to happen.
Just got to know the right people at multiple stores.
