Galaxy S7: Why?

I got mine on Monday and I definitely like it better than the S6. It's heavier but more than likely due to the larger capacity battery. Still it just feels much more solid with no cheap flimsy plastic feel like Samsungs of old plus the curved edges and back make it feel more natural in your hand too for easier one handed usage. Battery performs much better as well. I've had it disconnected from my charger since just before 6AM and i'm currently sitting at 85% left. I'm still playing around in Marshmellow but it's not too far off from Lollipop so the learning curve isn't really there. Camera is definitely better. Shutter is faster and even the default camera app feels more user ready with the access to available features that I typically did not see before and had to resort using ProCapture as an alternative. Samsung did bring back the app launcher to the lock screen but unfortunately you're limited to only 2 apps.

I was seriously contemplating leaving Android after my horrible experience with HTC M8, but now I don't know man

Work ordered mine today...:yes: Corporate accounts don't get the free VR with the pre-order though.

tmobile sent me a tracking number 3 days ago but they havent sent my shit yet

Has the Android OS gotten better? Last time I had a droid was with the S3 and I wasn't really fucking with it after switching to the iPhone.

Damn, i'm still trying to decide if I want to wait for the G5 to hit stores so I can play with them both before I decide.......but I have to say the pre-order bonus "gift" and bad reviews of the LG 360 VR have me thinking I should just do it.

I still have my M8, what didn't you like about it?

I concur with this video. I called it a night around 10:30 and my phone was sitting at 74% battery. If I was still using my S6 Edge I'd either be in the low 40s or would've connected my phone to a charger at least once prior. Hell I've seen the S6 Edge go from 100% to 94% in about 40 minutes while the screen was turned off, phone was in idle mode and no apps were in use prior.
