Louis Farrakhan praises Donald Trump

Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan praised Republican front-runner Donald Trump for refusing donations from Jewish groups.

Trump “is the only member who has stood in front of the Jewish community and said 'I don’t want your money,'” Farrakhan said in a sermon he delivered this week. “Any time a man can say to those who control the politics of America, ‘I don’t want your money,’ that means you can’t control me. And they can’t afford to give up control of the presidents of the United States.”

Despite his commendation for the billionaire businessman, Farrakhan did not endorse him. “Not that I’m for Mr. Trump,” he added, “but I like what I’m looking at.”

Farrakhan also called Jews the "Synagogue of Satan," according to the Anti-Defamation League, which monitors anti-Semitic statements.

In December, Trump appeared before a crowd of leading Jewish Republicans and told them, “You’re not going to support me even though I’ll be the best guy for Israel."

“I’m a negotiator like you folks," he also said. “Is there anyone in this room who doesn’t negotiate deals? ... Probably more than any room I’ve ever spoken.”

Promoting Trump's "self-funded" gimmick when he accepts donations and spends very little money at all because of his mastery of media (the Jew-owned media, no less, to apply Farrakhan's terms) as courage is political savviness on the level of Larry the Cable Guy.

Why would any smart or decent person, especially one who cares about black people, even appear to give Trump credit for rejecting money in politics when we have someone running who is been fighting to get dark money totally out of politics permanently and not just in this campaign and who has worked to advance civil rights for over half a century?

Oh, yeah, Bernie Sanders the atheist, who is probably less biased in favor of Israel than any other candidate, is from a Jewish background. So Louis Farrakhan endorses the billionaire businessman who has discriminated against blacks, spread racial hate generally and pandered to Klan sympathizers just this week.

Louis Farrakhan is a brilliant leader.

Farrakhan hate for the Jews must be strong if he's riding with Trump. What did the Jews do to him?

Think hard. Farrakhan is on to something here. If Bernie doesn't smoke Hillary in the primaries, i will be forced to vote for anyone who is NOT Hillary. That equals Trump. I don't give a single fuck.

NOI has always hated the jews. I don't think it's personal just part of their mantra.

There is a book called The Secret Relationship Between Blacks And Jews. Basically the book says that anglos were not the only ones enslaving blacks. The book basically condemns how the Jews were slave owners. The book named families and everything. In response groups such as the ADL have condemned the book as "Anti-Semitic" and called Farrakahn a Demagogue.

1. You shouldn't have to think too hard on this first point because it is incredibly obvious-- If Farrakhan is afraid about the consequences of Hillary Clinton as the Democratic nominee, he should be supporting Bernie Sanders!

2. I challenge any Bernie supporter to make a logical case for a Sanders/Trump/Clinton hierarchy of support. Sanders to Clinton, to not voting or to the Green Party or some equivalent makes sense. Sanders to Trump makes zero sense.

You think Donald Trump has the most laudable position on campaign finance and Farrakhan is right to praise him?
I think Farrakhan has the right to praise him.. Whether he is right or not is subjective and immaterial to me. I also think if i see my enemies house burning down, id rather hand him a bucket of gasoline over water.

I dont think Farrakhan necessarily believes every thing he says in a literal sense. But i think he sees the disarray of the oligarchs and is taking this opportunity to enjoy the show.

Nobody has questioned Farrakhan's right to speak.

If Trump was the one behind your enemy's house burning down, it would be because he passed an eminent domain law and he's putting up a condo there. You're just handing gasoline to a new master-- There might be a transition period but the fundamentals will not have changed.

Bernie Sanders is running on making taxation great again, redistribution of resources and reform of an oligarchy-enabling campaign finance system. You've got an oligarch in court right now fighting the kind of change Bernie Sanders stands for, crying that his family has faced threats because of his name being linked to segregationist policies his money put into place. Donald Trump golfs with these guys and has repeatedly said they'll get along fine if he is president.

You want to see oligarchs in disarray-- A Sanders presidency with a Democratic congress would produce that to the greatest extent we've seen in at least 80 years, if it has ever been seen.

Farrakhan's hate blinds him to reality and limits his ability to be righteous.

I think The Honor Mister dislike for Jews is all this is about...

I'm quite sure he's not that fond of "I'd marry my daughter if she wasn't my daughter"

Didnt say you questioned his rights. Was clarifying that thats all that mattered as far as i was concerned. You asked if he was right. Thats subjective and not my concern.

And if this is merely a case of the inevitable handing of gasoline to a new master then why does any of it matter to begin with? The point remains that this new master is causing infighting in the big house and if he happens to burn it down in the process then thats a fire id gladly watch burn.

Well Bernie, is irrelevant at this point. So im not sure why hes even being mentioned. Further, we are still in the primary stage so commenting on one has little to do with ones views on the other. I also think you underestimate the timing of the commentary...You also miss the point that cheering for the aforementioned disarray may be a strategic ploy to cause further fracturing within the party with the possible intent to hurt said parties chances at ultimate victory.

Farrakhan's hate blinds him to reality and limits his ability to be righteous.
But who are you to define anyones realities or what they determine to be righteous?

NOI has always hated the jews. I don't think it's personal just part of their mantra.

mmmmm....Okay. Thats so odd....I wonder why thats apart of their mantra, tho.

  • Belief that Jews financed the African Slave Trade
  • Belief that Jews are responsible for integration
  • Belief that Jews run show business, which is responsible for putting out degrading images of black people
  • Belief that today's Jews aren't "real Jews"; i.e. they're not true descendants of the Ancient Hebrews. Hence, NOI speakers will refer to them as the "so-called Jew."
