X-Men: Apocalypse trailer out

Actually looks OK. The effects towards the end looks a little weird, but overall the trailer looks cool. I'll see it

Looks interesting, but can anyone clarify if this sequence of events a result of Wolverine changing the timeline?

Wasn't a fan of the BvS trailer, but I'd rate that one better than this BS. I had no interest in seeing this film before, trailer just confirmed it.

According to Brian Singer, X-Men 3 never happened, but this movie takes place before X-Men 1 anyway.
So, yes, Cyclops is alive.

does look a bit underwhelming but it's not like I'm not gonna watch it...so I'll reserve judgment

apocalypse...civil war...supes vs. bats...can't wait til next year

If you're a fan of comic books, next here will be your greatest time on this planet.

Another Bryan Singer Action-less snooze fest where people barely use their powers and they talk...A LOT...

*Bryan Singer's X-men films are akin to old Star Trek Next Gen films, heavy on the character development light on the action/adventure. It took a new director and reboot the whole franchise to fix that.

That shit look hot.. One thing about the last Xmen movies is that they try to make it more movie (a story and plot that could stand up vs any other movie) and less "superherory" (A movie that makes sense and interest to only to fans of comic books)... Its what makes movies like the Watchmen so interesting and from the looks of this video clip it seems like they've taken a lot of the good things I liked from that movie..
One huge advantage Xmen movies have over most superhero movies is that their hero's can actually die plus their target audience is higher so they do not have to worry about offending parents of the children they are trying sell toys to..

im a fan but Rock would have been a better cast to Pac...

fuck this movie and the directors
Im not a big fan of having big name actors playing superhero rolls, for one most of the comic book movies don't require that much acting, also Its a good way to drive up the cost of production, and lastly the writers often have to cater to the character of these big name stars..
I like the direction the Xmen is going making their movies more about the story and production and less about the names dropping and the superheros in it..
