A woman will "accidentally" get pregnant or say "it just happened", but you rarely hear black women say they "accidentally" got married or "it just happened".
All of the "strong" women are single moms, very rarely do you hear married black women defined as that. Even black married women no longer want to be grouped with the low hanging fruit.

if you get a test taken and its your kid your name should be on the birth certificate period.

By choosing not to delay pregnancy until marriage instead choosing to be single parents they have essentially opted out of marriage for single morherhood.

Well then why question women opting out of single motherhood whether they turned down a man who propsosed or just had an unplanned pregancy to term? Either way they've opted out.
Single moms is typically defined by unmarried woman with children even if the man is present. For the purposes of welfare and other state benefits she is classified as a single mother. Could the definition be changed, perhaps.
Point is it's a decision being made by them. No one is forcing them into it and they are not the victim of someone else's wrong doing.
Why are they dead beat dads?
So men have no choice in deciding when they should become fathers?

The reason why there are less marriages is because marriages are just a shell of what it used to be... Back then it was sacred institution created for the well being of families and children..
