***2015-16 NFL QBs Are Mediocre List (Michael Bennett Edition)***

No alex smith did not. Alex smith did not lead them to the super bowl. Colin Kaepernick did.
Colin Kaepernick is 4-2 in the playoffs.

What is Cutler's record?

Colin Kapernick is 3-0 againt green bay including 2 playoff wins (1 of them his 1st ever playoff game and 1 of them on the road the week after Cutler wasn't able to beat Rogers at home for a chance to get into the playoffs)

What has cutler done?

2 and a half years starting 4-2 playoff record super bowl appearance and separate nfccg appearance.

Again

What has cutler done?

Raise your hand if your QB is under 30 and has been to a super bowl.

wait

Raise your hand if your QB is a long tenured starter, over 30 and has been to a super bowl.

Your hand raised?
Cutler went into that shit stain park with that piece of shit grass

And won.

Cutler owns Levi stadium

Even Patrick Willis didn't want to play with kaep

Justin smith

And that one line backer

If alex smith was still the QB they wouldn't be retired and Jim Harbaugh wouldn't leave kaep to coach pimple face teenagers who are 75% virgins

Why did Crabtree shit on Kap Though?

A lot of guys in the locker room didn't like Kap's change in attitude. Crab talked about it a lot this summer when he came home. It's personal between them. Kap struggles with anticipation throws as well, that's his next step. We'll see if he can take it.

Because you mentioned Gore's comments

and instead of saying...hmmmmm, maybe he's right. Maybe that's his opinion. He has first hand knowledge.

I have no problem with Kaep. But I do have a problem with dudes trying to diss Luck. Are ya'll going to diss Aaron Rodgers too? He's white. He only has one title.

Nobody was saying Alex Smith had a 104 QB rating when they wanted him gone.

Nobody was saying, well Alex Smith just took us to the NFC Championship game.

You muthafuckas want to pick and choose your arguments and defense of QB's.

I'm not dissing Luck.
I just wondered out loud why Gore has his dick in his mouf.

You're the one who acted like Kap has never done anything in the NFL.

Saying Kap has done good does not mean that Luck and Alex Smith are bad QBs.

Complex butthurt I pointed out Lucks flaws and the fact he's been the most overrated QB the last few years. Never said he was trash although he plays like it at times. I think the Colts have peaked with him as QB.

Man, Jay Cutler has to be the most overrated quarterback in the past 10 years. He's done absolutely nothing but get paid. These sorry ass white quarterbacks seem to trick the world that they are better than the black quarterbacks. The black quarterbacks "leash" is always much shorter. Throughout the history of the NFL we've never been given the chance to learn the position before being given the Sandman Sims hook

Colts won't do shit until they fix that defense

Crab better sit his mediocre ass down somewhere

Complex why are you riding so hard against Kap?
This thread was meant to point out the bad/over rated cac qbs.

Sounding like a hurt lil girl.
In all of your blind hate you have yet to justify why he's not good.

Man quarterbacks in general are trash. Kap thus far ain't shit. Cutler ain't shit. If this thread is to argue that black quarterbacks don't get a fair shake as a starter or hell even backup then I agree. But quarterbacks in general are trash a big part is how they are being thrown out there. Aaron Rodgers and Tony Romo both sat a few years before their shot. They killing these guys development.

Andrew Luck ain't did shit to warrant the dick riding. Him at his best and RG3 at his best which was his rookie season and Russell Wilson have been far better and less turnover prone. Luck has potential but it does feel like they already anointed him before doing shit.

Don't mind fag plex, he thought he was safe with that 25pt lead he had in our fantasy football league too

Told yall Luck is OVERRATED. He already leading the league in INTs. And the media rode his dick as "elite" this offseason. Fake ass great white hope.

how this dude ain't shit and there's not even 10 qb's in the league that has as many playoffs wins as he has? in 2 and a half years of starting?

that's the point.
anointing someone
dude had 21 turnovers last year.
you'd never know it.
dude throws pick 6's regularly
nobody questions on whether or not he can read a defense.

id be willing to give him a young qb pass. id say he needs time to develop and grow and shit
but when you say only aaron rogers is better than him.. and it's close he might be better than him?
that's when this shit goes down.

This is a contract year for him. Doubt the media and fans are gonna say he's NOT worth a big contract like they do the black QBs.

Even on this board when he has a bad game COONS like PamH don't show up to troll like he does Cam Newton.

This dude was making throws he flat out shouldn't have made. Nobody says he didn't read the defense properly they just say "He was trying to make a play"

Michael Irvin last night on gameday was saying "Don't try and turn Manziel into kurt warner, let him be him"

really?

must be nice to not have to be a traditional pocket passer in the nfl

That's why I ignored that dumbass reply. Shits sad.

But back to the topic...
In regards to Luck tonight,
If this were Kap or Cam Newton ....mannnnn they would be getting SHITTED ON.
They would be questioning their decisions and intelligence.
Where's ASAP Savage?!!

Did Ed Hochuli tell Cam Newton he isn't 'old enough' to get a call?

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Quarterback Cam Newton was upset at what he said were comments from referee Ed Hochuli during the Carolina Panthers' 27-22 win over the New Orleans Saints on Sunday.

Newton was upset over what he felt was a borderline late hit by Saints defensive tackle Tyeler Davison -- but was even more baffled by the explanation he said he received from Hochuli.

After taking a hit near the sideline as he released the ball, Newton got up looking for a flag and turned toward Hochuli for explanation. The referee said something to the quarterback and Newton stopped in his tracks and looked back and laughed in disbelief.

"The response that I got was, `Cam you're not old enough to get that call,'" Newton said after the game. "I'm looking at him like, `What?'

"Geez, I didn't think you had to have seniority to get a personal foul or anything like that.'"

NFL spokesman Michael Signora told The Associated Press that "officials make decisions based upon the play on the field, and no other factors."

Signora added: "On the play in question, there is no roughing the passer because the quarterback is out of the pocket and a runner, and no unnecessary roughness because the contact is not late."

Newton, now in his fifth season, said it is frustrating when other quarterbacks get similar calls to go their way.

"Heaven forbid he gets any rookies -- they're going to have a long day, man," Newton said.

Hochuli had left the stadium before Newton's postgame remarks and was unavailable for comment.

Newton threw for 315 yards and two touchdowns and ran for another score as Carolina improved to 3-0 on the season for the first time since 2003, the only season the Panthers have been to the Super Bowl.

"It’s one thing to be frustrated in a situation where you see a personal foul on the opposing quarterback get called, and then for me when it’s something around the same range and for that flag not to be called, it’s…I’m ticked off. Really."

I have no hate for Jimmy Clausen. Without him and his ineptitude, the Carolina Panthers would not have Cam Newton. So I'm forever grateful to that man.

Blank look: Bears offense goes nowhere with Jimmy Clausen at QB

Sunday's final box score came loaded with damning evidence, confirmation that the Bears offense had been powerless during an afternoon wreck at CenturyLink Field. But Jimmy Clausen only needed to hear one overarching summary to corroborate what all of Chicago had already processed.

Ten Bears possessions against the Seahawks? Ten punts.

"That's not good," Clausen said. "Obviously. We needed to get the ball down in the red zone to at least give us a chance to kick a field goal or score. But that just didn't happen."

Not even close as a matter of fact. In a 26-0 loss to the Seahawks, the Bears never came within 40 yards of the end zone. And so a winless September ended with another lopsided loss.

Say this much. For a while Sunday, the Bears hung around longer than most expected. The offense, while undermanned and one-dimensional, at least controlled the clock for two quarters. A defense that needed to provide a spark flashed at times. And, well, a 6-0 halftime deficit against a superior Seahawks team didn't seem all that humiliating.

But the reality for this Bears team in this season is inescapable. They are a bottom-tier NFL team with myriad flaws playing short-handed. Eventually, those realities take over

As if the 10-punts-in-10-possessions trivia wasn't frustrating enough for the Bears as they boarded a long return flight, they also have a mountain of other distressing data to sift through.

For starters …

•The offense ran only two of its 46 plays in Seahawks territory.

•The Bears' longest play was a 21-yard completion to Zach Miller, the only pass that went for more than 10 yards.

•Dating to Week 2, the Bears have gone 20 possessions since their last touchdown.

•They have also been outscored 61-13 after halftime this season.

Oh, and Sunday marked the first time since the 2002 finale that the Bears were shut out. (For those needing a reminder, that was a 15-0 sleeper hold administered by the Buccaneers during which Henry Burris passed for only 78 yards with four interceptions.)

Clausen's effort Sunday wasn't much prettier, beginning with a delay-of-game penalty on the first play and ending with just nine completions on 17 attempts for 63 yards.

The Bears, with a calculated game plan, pushed to establish a running game, chew clock and perhaps stick around long enough to spook the Seahawks. And with Matt Forte rushing 15 times for 64 yards in the first half, the Bears held the ball for more than 18 minutes before halftime.

"It was a perfect game plan," Forte said. "Against a team like that, you have to establish the run."

But any hope the Bears had of pulling a stunning upset seemed to evaporate on the opening kickoff of the second half when Seahawks return man Tyler Lockett went untouched, 105 yards for a momentum-building touchdown.

Ten minutes later, the Seahawks' lead swelled to 20-0 on a 30-yard Russell Wilson-to-Jimmy Graham touchdown pass.

And at that point, a Bears offense operating without starting quarterback Jay Cutler and top receiver Alshon Jeffery seemed helpless. Bears wide receivers tallied only 17 yards for the day, all by Eddie Royal. Clausen, meanwhile, never strained the Seahawks defense vertically as the offense sputtered to 146 total yards.

"It was tough," Clausen said. "Our focus was running the ball against these guys. Obviously they're a great defense and have a great pass rush. So we wanted to run the ball."

After the game, coach John Fox was asked if the Bears just couldn't be very aggressive in the passing game with Clausen as the triggerman.

"You watched it," Fox said. "That proved to be pretty true."

Sunday's ineptitude offered the newest reminder of how steep the drop-off has been behind Cutler for years. The Bears are now 5-10 since 2009 in games Cutler didn't start.

And since Cutler went down late in the first half of Week 2, the Bears have managed only nine points on 19 possessions with 12 drives that have failed to even produce a first down.

"Our job is to score touchdowns," Forte said. "So now six quarters without one, obviously frustration is going to build."

This is Jimmy "Check Down" Clausen's 6th NFL season. Going into Sunday's game vs. the Seahawks he had 5 career TDs and 11 career INTs in 11 starts. He's completed about 53% of his passes and has a QB rating of about 60. He is 1-11 as a starter now. My only question is, if Clausen's skin had melanin in it would he have been allowed to linger around in the league as a backup this long with stats like that? As long as guys like Clausen get starts and get to hold clipboards in this league then there are valid concerns about white supremacy at the NFL QB position. Because if it wasn't a guy like Clausen (who Ron Jaworski dubbed "the LeBron James of football" before the 2010 NFL draft) would not be in the league at all.

Yall should've heard the pundents this morning trying to shit on Mike Vick.. Talking about there are 10 back ups that's better than Vick who can keep Pitts offense afloat

Martavis coming back, bell is back, brown out there on the field all you need is a QB to manage and who has a cannon and the O line can hold up.. Enter Vick

Props to Tomlin for recognizing this

Its crazy cuz Saturday night me and my boy were talkin about how Big Ben will eventually get hurt and Vick is gonna start a game or two. Then BAM! Sunday happens and Vick bout to be out there a month. He's got weapons too. I have seen people online try to discredit Vick as not being "good enough" to be a backup. While bums like Clausen & Weeden get starts with no backlash or fanfare. Its a joke.

Man I really hope Vick does what he did when he replaced Kolb. We have a better O too, don't rush shit and he's needs to fucking slide.

Matt stafford should be benched now and not allowed to even be back up

Matthew+Stafford+San+Francisco+49ers+v+Detroit+YoMcjUHN7CLl.jpg
Despite being 10 games below .500 as a starter and never winning a playoff game as a #1 overall pick, Stafford has taken far less national criticism than Cam Newton. Stafford is 0-3 this season and doing a google search I only found one article this calender year suggesting he be benched or isn't the answer for the Lions. Stafford is in the 2nd year of a 5 year contract extension making $17 million ($9 mill base, $8 mill prorated signing bonus) this season. If Cam Newton were 0-3 this year the first thing you would be hearing nationally is how the Panthers messed up giving him HIS $100 mill contract extension and how he cant read a defense or isn't living up to his #1 overall pick status (there are pundits saying that NOW anyway! lol). But one of the rules of white supremacy is you NEVER attack a white male for the salary he makes. Stafford & Bradford were the 2 white QBs drafted #1 overall the 2 years prior to Cam, and its very noticeable how little they are scrutinized relative to him and Jamarcus Russell who went #1 almost 10 years ago.
