With the way the industry has changed and him just coming out of jail, he went with what he thought was the best team. Even when he was independent he didn't do the door to door out of the trunk or on the internet thing. The company always did the leg work for him. They knew they could get him for the cheap. I don't know why they would waste his time when they already got their big 3. Mystical was always about the way he flowed. He don't need a cash money stamp. He should have just done a ton of material with the likes of Mannie and others and shopped that shit around.

Signing with Cash Money was a good look though. They had him getting 10k a show just off that Cash Money co-sign. But for his artistry....it wasn't the best play for him.
