Basketball is all about Chemistry. In My Opinion the Nets were to top heavy in Bigs and lacked athletic wing men
As a team they were solid at the PG, SG, and SF spots. Joe Johnson, Pierce and Williams are all really good players but they all tend to play the same tempo. The kind of have that old man game which is not flashy but very fundamental.
When you added in Garnett and the other bigs, Brookyln was kind of a slow team without much athletic ability. While being very good and fundamentally sound they were not the most athletic team which is why they probably were towards the bottom in rebounding.
I think the Nets need to become more athletic on the wings players to mix in with their Williams, Joe Johnson and Pierce

I was never a Lebron fan and didn't like him when he was in Cleveland (Nothing personal).
I felt the same way about Kobe as I did Lebron. Was not a fan but respected their game and talents.
Lebron leaving hurt because as Heat fans it was pretty much guaranteed you were seeing the finals and the regular season meant very little. So it was sad to realize those special moments were gone.
But bruh I was extra SHOOK because I thought Bosh was gone. I am not like these other fools who dismissed Bosh. I knew how important he was to the Heat. If Bosh left it was def lottery time and probably a 15 to 20 win season

Bennett is a true wild card. Watched him yesterday. Although he dropped weight, his cardio is still shit. He showed a flash of how well he can handle in the open court and bang down low, but then he threw up some serious bricks(looked like Blatt wanted to kill him). Went to the rack hard a couple of times.
The guy has the potential. If he gets his shit together, he can be a decent stretch 4 on this team. But Lebron and Blatt ain't about to put up with any of his laziness. They will know what they have by the trade deadline(if he ain't dumped for love first).
I don't know about him every being worth a 1st overall pick but with Lebron man he should be money. I wouldn't even ship him out. Sometimes getting around players like Lebron will encourage you to work harder and step your game up.
People forget that Kenyon Martin was a 1st overall pick too. Wasn't as bad as Bennett but when Kidd got around him his game stepped up.
