I think that since we're all sensible, rational thinking men and fans of the game of basketball we're looking at the decision as not that big a deal (which I agree it isn't that big a deal)
But I keep going back to those that did think it was a big deal, those who still feel a certain type of way about it and, that group amounts to more than just those in northern Ohio.
I also think we're discounting the work and effort put in by LeBron and his team to restore and improve his image. LeBron does not want to be the bad guy again. I think this time it will resonate more on the national level because it's the second time around and social media is much more prevalent now.
Plus some of you are minimizing that, no matter how bad a shit stain on America Cleveland is, that region of Ohio is still an area considered HOME by LeBron and his wife. The one place you always want to feel love and cared for and respected is at home.
