Now remember who was fighting for these new rules that came after the lockout? Dan Gilbert. He fought for these penalties that would punish teams that would dare stack on talent.
Here is the crazy thing. If some how he gets Lebron and Love that would create a new big three.
So basically he just fooled everyone.
The small market teams who were right there with him (Portland San Antonio and Charlotte) and the big market teams who have their hands tied and being punished.
